The Beresford Hotel

The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately the rest of our stay was quite disappointing. We booked two twin rooms. One room had a decent blanket, but the other had a very old, thin blanket that wasn’t comfortable at all. The bed sheets also looked old and worn. On top of that, there were no towels provided in either room. Parking was another frustration. The hotel only has 8 parking spaces, which cost £10 each. By the time we arrived, they were already full. We understand that parking is limited, but it would have been helpful if the staff had suggested nearby parking options instead of just telling us it was full. The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel, but the room quality and lack of basic amenities made our stay less enjoyable than we expected.

The front desk staff is quite friendly abd the location is nice but the room condition is bit meady

Would be better if they give room service to clean other than that its alright for the price and especially the views from the window to sea side is amazing worth every penny☺️

It is located at an excellent location but sadly fails because of substandard cleanliness and unpleasant odour throughout the hotel. While the rooms are nice and the seaside view is amazing but there was no hair dryer provided and the bathroom was out of shower gel. There is frequently no one at the reception to talk to and there is no functioning lift to take your bags up which is frustrating.

The window panels are dirty. Need regular maintenance in the room. The Cups are also dirty.

They gave a wrong room at first but later changed it. The hotel was not clean, there were no daily housekeeping facilities. And there were bedbugs as well.

Very old hotel, but maybe ok one of the cheapest in town. No hot water in the morning. The remote tv control is missing. The location is very good.
