Lovely stay at the Parklands. Room and bathroom looked and felt clean. Did notice a small dirty brown mark on one of the towels in the bathroom, wasn’t a big issue, we just used that towel on the floor for our feet instead. Staff were very friendly. The green fire exit light/spotlight in the room above the door was very annoying however. It kept the room alight when all the nights were off so the room was never properly dark, just a little annoyance for trying to fall asleep! Overall, it was a brilliant stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

Lovely hotel with great spa facilities. Only complaint was that the room was rather hot and that was even after turning the radiator off and sleeping with the window open.

Stayed the hotel to celebrate our sons birthday. Hotel easy to get to. Only a few minutes from the motorway and plenty of parking. The hotel staff were brilliant. Room was huge, modern bathroom and very clean. The swimming pool was great fun and we enjoyed the hot tub aswell. Nice cooked breakfast and hot drinks in the mornings. No complaints would definitely stay again. Thank you.

First time at Parklands. Huge rooms, lovely to have both a sofa and chair to sit on. Bathroom is amazing, with separate fab shower as well as a bath. Spa was amazing. Definitely recommend. Just a few small ideas to make it even better:
1. Would have liked a bath mat for the bathroom floor when getting out the shower
2. The bathroom fan is on all the time and is noisy at night
3. Really pleased to see so many Gluten free options on the main menu, but no cakes during the day we're gluten-free.
4. Also I was originally told that there wasn't any gluten-free options at breakfast, but the server on our second day said that they had gluten free sausages and the hash browns were also gluten free. It would be helpful to have something on the breakfast menu to say that gluten-free options were available.
