Panorama Luxury Sea View Apartment Reviews

The Sea view apartment was nice - very spacious and amazing balcony with a complete view of the sea. It is 2 minutes walking from the beach. The service is done via WhatsApp number - no telephone in the room to call room service or reception. I was assigned a service person on whatsapp and I could message him for what I needed. But they don’t serve water more than two bottles in a room - you have to buy it by going downstairs to the market (shop is right across the street) which I am okay with. Extra Bed is 250.000 VND. Staff is very courteous and helpful. All in all - Very good as per the price I got

This was a apartment not a hotel no cleaning done at all asked for fresh towels numerous times to be told housekeeping would drop them off none arrived. Pathetic

Just an amazing stay! Lovely view, lovely room and a lovely city! We already miss staying there, and can't wait to go back there again. For that is for sure, if we're going back to Nha Trang, there is no other place we want to stay! The service we got there, from before we checked in, with transfer from the airport, all throughout our stay, to the transfer to the airport, the service was impeccable. Couldn't ask for better!

Overall our stay was very good but i think when house cleaning the bathroom vanity needs to be cleaned at all times.Staff were all curtious and friendly .Pool area very good but more seating would be helpful. Maybe just me but the coffee shop was good but not enough western food available to customers.ps the french fries were terrible,sorry but the truth.

There are so many panoramic building rooms and hosts. I chose a spacious room with a view of the sea that was reasonably priced. The result is very satisfactory. I didn't feel any problems with hygiene at all, it was clean and the room was really spacious. The sea view from the high floors was truly amazing. Since it is not run like a resort, the person in charge is probably I think they manage it through KakaoTalk. In my case, there was a person named Serein, and he took care of me from before check-in to check-out, making it very comfortable and nice. For this price, this view, this size, and this location, I had no regrets. Oh, the only downside is the refrigerator that barely works. But that was also the case when I went to other resorts in Vietnam. I solved that problem by quickly buying something cool at a convenience store in the panoramic location 🙂 The rooftop pool is also great.
