Excellent hotel right in the city center. Friendly staff and a beautiful reception area. The room has everything you need, including a large, comfortable bed.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days before my flight and regretted it 100 times over. The pool was absolutely filthy; it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least 5 years. I brought my own towels, one gray and two white. While I was out for a meal, someone entered my room, stole my towels, and replaced them with an additional set of their own dirty ones. (Mind you, I checked into the room AFTER it had supposedly been cleaned!) I messaged the owner, politely asking him to check the cameras. He claimed no one entered my room, accused me of making false theft accusations, insisted no one took my towels, and told me to shut up and get out of the hotel, adding that I wouldn't get my money back or my towels. I'm not an *****; I clearly remember hanging up my towels, and there wasn't a second set when I checked in, so someone definitely was in there! I was with my small child and two suitcases, but I still moved out. Of course, they didn't refund my money or return my towels. Good thing I had extra cash and a second phone on me. I started the conversation politely, suggesting perhaps a staff member simply made a mistake, but after the owner's rude response, I became rude too. When I asked to see the camera footage myself, of course, no one showed it to me. They only pretend to clean the rooms; they don't wash the floors, just sweep and leave. The bedding was dirty when I checked in. The walls were grubby, dust in the corners and behind the sink, and the shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. From morning until evening, there was some kind of construction nearby, I'm not sure what, but it was incredibly loud. You wake up and go to sleep with the same noise. If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the hotel for you! The only convenient thing about the location was my favorite cafe nearby and lots of shops. Otherwise, it's a 10-12 minute walk to the sea, as it's on the third line.

Excellent hotel, right in the city center, not far from the sea. They offer a buffet breakfast.

I absolutely hated it. They started renovations at 7 AM, it was dirty, and the bed was disgusting. I checked out after the first night, regretting that I didn't leave sooner... I thought I could tolerate it.

This place is truly awful! It's filthy, the bedsheets are covered in stains and hair, and there are cocoons of some kind of larvae on the walls. Since we had to stay for two days, they 'cleaned' while we were out. But honestly, they shouldn't have bothered – they didn't change the linen, just made the bed. Afterward, there was a pile of black hair all over the bed. The dining area is just as dirty, and there's very little food. The muffins and bread were stale. I can't understand who wrote positive reviews! Where did you stay before this? What could possibly be worse than here? They initially put us on the 3rd floor. After a couple of hours, the toilet started leaking and there was a terrible sewage smell. When we contacted the front desk, they first told us they couldn't help because everything was booked and suggested we wait until tomorrow in the smelly room! After 15 minutes of arguing, they finally moved us to the 4th floor. The rooms are no different, just as dirty everywhere.
