The room was large and comfortable, the only problem was that when we entered the room, there were no towels. We asked for them several times and they said "just now" but they still came, which was strange, almost 6 hours later. There's nothing else to say, it was great.

I stayed here for 5 nights and the whole stay was wonderful. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s very close to the beach and only about 5 minutes from the city center by Grab. There’s also a coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor. The coffee shop had a great view and was a very comfortable place to work or study. The breakfast was not very impressive and the selection was a bit limited, but it wasn’t bad. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were great. If I come back to Nha Trang again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful with a nice view. Super clean and specious. The only we don't like the breakfast 😒 it's very Vietnamese breakfast no western breakfast or at least Chinese breakfast.

Location: Right in the city center, the surroundings are quite pleasant. You can even catch the sunrise in the morning. Service: Very warm and excellent. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Overall, I'd recommend it, though the breakfast might not be very varied during the off-season.

I have seen the basic rooms and it's worth upgrading My room had a large TV in 2 rooms. Nice modern bathroom with a spa .. I could hear the odd traffic noise. bed was a bit firm and I asked the house keeping to put something on it to soften it The indoor pool is mildly cool .. good size.. attached is a personal sauna and showers and a large gym Breakfast was basic but reasonable and I think because at the time there were not many people staying because half of the area was empty Staff are friendly and helpful

I won't comment on the hotel itself, but Trip.com's communication skills are seriously lacking, especially when dealing with sub-agents for hotel rooms booked through them. I needed to cancel a booking due to a change in travel plans, and I still had three days before check-in. Trip.com was unable to communicate with the hotel regarding the cancellation and offered no solutions. I had booked three rooms for three nights, and they couldn't even cancel one room or one night. They just kept arguing with us, demanding a document from the hotel refusing the refund, which Trip.com then refused to provide. This hotel booking experience was truly terrible. For anyone traveling abroad and booking through Trip.com, be very careful – if your plans change even slightly, you risk losing a lot of money.

Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine. Under-used. NOT outdoors which Trip says it is. Gym is amazing, best I've ever been in. Not busy and it seems they have some classes. The breakfast closes a bit early at 9.30am but if you're a westerner I wouldn't bother. It's lukewarm Vietnamise style food with awful coffee. However good coffee shop downstairs. Bathroom floor floods because there is no shower screen. Little far away from the action / main beach but only a 15-20 min walk.
