Great location, only about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and more nearby. The hotel has a lovely ambiance, the rooms are clean, and the service is wonderful.

The front desk didn't ask me for a good review, but at 3 AM, after finally landing in Guangzhou and finding some downtime, I'm still willing to pull out my phone to write this comment because the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly. The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff, which is fantastic because our English isn't very strong. Most of the time, we rely on a translator, but having Chinese-speaking staff makes communication so much easier. You can just call the front desk from your room and communicate directly. When we landed, our room wasn't ready and needed another 45 minutes to be cleaned. We asked the front desk staff for restaurant recommendations, specifically something close by. The staff member thoughtfully considered our request, looked up two or three places, and recommended a restaurant just a minute's walk from the hotel entrance. It was indeed delicious, and the pho tasted great – very economical too. This clearly shows that the staff's service attitude is excellent and friendly. The hotel's pool is open and has a bar, which is really nice. The pool offers a wide view. Tips for this hotel: It's very close to the beach, and you can walk to the famous baguette shop and avocado ice cream place in about 10 minutes. The landmark Po Nagar Cham Towers are also within walking distance. After island hopping, you can return to the hotel for a short rest. The popular baguette shop and ice cream can be ordered via Grab for delivery, so you can eat after ordering and then head to Cam Spa.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right by the beach and with plenty of amenities nearby – food and daily essentials are easily accessible. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly. If you're visiting Nha Trang, don't miss out on experiencing DTX's service~

The hygiene was okay. However, the road downstairs was under construction, making it quite messy, and there was a construction site right outside the window. What really surprised me was that the bedsheets were pieced together – I've never seen anything like it before! The comforter was also quite stiff and uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was very large and comfortable. The rooftop pool offered beautiful views, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious.

Comfortable for family stay and walking distance for attractions and restaurants. Easy access to many places.

Pros: Close to the city center, and the front desk staff speaks some Chinese. Cons: The room cleaning was poor and superficial. The sheets and duvet covers were not changed daily. The breakfast selection was limited and not refilled promptly. Overall, a very poor experience.

This was the cheapest hotel of our trip, so I didn't have high expectations. We booked a family room for three people and were pleasantly surprised to get two connecting rooms. The rooms were standard, but the service was unexpectedly good. We had trouble buying bus tickets to Da Lat on the app, so we asked the front desk attendant for help. She bought the tickets for us directly, even asking what time we wanted to leave and if we preferred upper or lower bunks. She spoke a little Chinese and would give an apologetic smile when she didn't understand something. She also arranged a complimentary shuttle for us. On the day we checked out, she was on duty again and even helped us Google directions to our next hotel in Da Lat, which was incredibly thoughtful! Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day we extended our stay. It's also very close to the beach and has plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was excellent!

Great location! It's super convenient for getting to the beach or convenience stores, and there are lots of good food options nearby. The guy at the front desk spoke excellent English and was really quick to help us with any issues. Overall, the service was fantastic. The breakfast was good too; I enjoyed a bowl of pho every morning!

This hotel is excellent, I booked it for 3 days at just over 200 a night, which is incredible value for money. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The service was fantastic, staff helped with our luggage both ways. The cleanliness was also good, and the view from the window was really nice. It was just a bit too windy, so I only went to the rooftop pool for a short while before coming back down, but it was still beautiful. Luckily, we weren't right by the sea, as the bars there are incredibly loud with their singing, but here, with the windows closed, it was relatively soundproof.

1. Starting at 9 AM, there was a loud, engine-like noise outside the window! This didn't last a few minutes, it lasted for hours! It continued until the time of this review (the engine noise was still there at 4 PM, and no staff intervened; it seemed like it was expected). 2. There's a doorbell at the door, but the cleaning staff didn't ring it; instead, they knocked very loudly and rapidly. They also couldn't set the doorbell to "Do Not Disturb." 3. If you are deaf, you can ignore the serious drawbacks I mentioned above! This is an extremely noisy hotel.

The hotel location’s very near CBD . The room was clean and nice view. If you love to avoid crowded, I would recommend this hotel.

I like it because the room service and food everything is best!
