My 12-year-old daughter and I stayed from June 28th to July 5th, 2026. The service is non-existent. No one smiles; everyone looks very sad. Guests leaving the hotel seem grumpy. The room is extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The pool is clean but very small. The sun loungers are torn, but the sea view is picturesque. The food is disgusting. There was practically nothing for my child to eat. Everything is prepared and catered towards Asian guests. Russians have no business being there. The only upside is its proximity to the sea. I do not recommend it.

A room with sea view is definitely worth the stay. Location and convenience is great. Be prepared to provide a deposit of 500K VND.

Pros: Great location, with many highly-rated establishments nearby. The front desk staff were wonderful and responded instantly to requests. My deposit was refunded in full. Neutral: Breakfast. It wasn't to our taste as we're used to breakfasts with porridge, eggs, and cottage cheese; here, there were only eggs. Cons: When checking in, carefully inspect your room. We had a torn towel on the floor and the safe didn't work. During our entire stay, there was a persistent smell of urine in the room (especially noticeable when first entering). We asked for an additional floor cleaning (which was done in front of us), but the smell didn't go away. The housekeepers were very noisy; when they came to clean the floor, they knocked on all the doors (there are no 'do not disturb' signs in the rooms) regardless of whether you were resting or not (cleaning hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM). In the end, we checked out on Friday, even though we had paid until Sunday.

Our family of five stayed in room 1029. The room had a panoramic window with a sea view, which was very beautiful. However, the room was definitely too small for a family, with almost no storage space for clothes – just two shallow drawers in the desk. We didn't like the breakfasts. For salads, there was shredded white cabbage in one bowl, red cabbage in another, then fresh shredded carrots, and so on. Lots of bowls, but essentially nothing much to eat. The couple of dishes that were halfway decent were gone in a couple of minutes, then the food station would be empty for about 20 minutes before being refilled. They weren't in a hurry to replenish the food. The fruit platters were also very basic. The only upsides were perhaps the muffins and cookies, but that's a matter of taste. Housekeeping was decent. Linens were changed every two days, and towels were changed daily. There's a pool on the 19th floor. We liked the pool because it has a canopy that covers about a third of it, so you can find shade during the hottest part of the day. The sun loungers are quite old and broken, but they're there. They don't provide towels at the pool. After three days, we moved to another hotel.

Really great hotel, clean, and located right in the center of Nha Trang. The staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very tasty. You can definitely book this hotel with confidence.

An average hotel with mediocre cleaning. We had breakfast included, but we didn't like it; it was the same every day and not tasty at all. It's better to go elsewhere for breakfast, as there are many options nearby. Our room was on the 12th floor, and the decor was old. It smelled damp because of mold in the bathroom; they clearly tried to clean it at some point, but it didn't work. We saw rooms on higher floors with newer furniture. The rooftop pool is nice and very comfortable when it's hot at the beach.

Good hotel, great view from the window. Not far from the sea, there are many shops and cafes nearby. Breakfasts without variety, but the hotel is good for its price.

This hotel offers great value for money! Not only is the price affordable, but it also boasts sea views and a decent breakfast. The location is superb, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby! Highly recommended!

Good day. There was an issue with the shower in my room. When I reported it, a technician came and drilled another hole in the showerhead, but it didn't improve anything. There was a terrible smell when leaving the room. At breakfast, there was very little food, and not enough fruit. The worst part was that there was construction for three days, and they started drilling at 7 AM. I had to find a new hotel and check out early. This is not a four-star hotel, it's a three-star.

The rooms don't match the advertised size. Breakfasts are sparse and only offer Vietnamese cuisine. Otherwise, it's a convenient hotel with everything you need for a vacation nearby.

The hotel has a great location. The cleaning staff try to clean the rooms while guests are at breakfast, and overall everyone is friendly. However, the hotel itself doesn't quite live up to a 4-star rating. The rooms are very small and look tired. The breakfast is decent, with enough variety.

This hotel is on the second line from the sea, no worse or better than other 4-star hotels in this price range. There are only 6 hangers for clothes. The cleaning is good, and they respond to requests instantly. Some rooms have a shared balcony for two rooms, which is inconvenient. Smoking is prohibited on the balcony, which is a huge plus for non-smokers.

Good hotel, though the room was a bit small and showed some signs of wear and tear. Service was good. There's a nice rooftop pool with sea views. Breakfast was quite varied, with a good selection of fruits and vegetables, and they make omelets and eggs to order.

Almost everything was good. My impression was quite good untill checking out. So I had to pay for few bottles of cold water from a room fridge. I mean, it’s just a charge for regular drinking water. It seems like a joke. No, it wasn’t expensive, but the very idea of paying for drinking water in a hotel room is ridiculous. Make the room a little more expensive, but without this kind of nonsense. Otherwise, the next step will be charging for the toilet in your own room separately from the room rate.
