Good for business

The hotel is located very close to the sea, about 1.5 km from the center. The room had a view of the mountains, was of normal size, and had everything you need for your stay. There are robes. In the lobby there are many books in Russian, and interesting interior details. There is a wonderful view from the pool. The pool itself is small. The gym is also modest, there are dumbbells, a treadmill, and an exercise bike. Breakfast was good, I liked the fish in batter.

I liked it so much that I didn't move and stayed one more day. lol Never go to the massage shop in front of the hotel. It's not a massage, it's just rubbing with your hands. What is the location of the hotel? very satisfied

Clean and reasonably priced. Next time will have a chance to visit. Staff are all very nice.

Pretty underwhelming. Arrived and no one to help with bags...well there was but he was happy to watch us carry our suitcases up a large staircase. Rooms small anf the city view was just demolition areas but the shower was good. Breakfast was also ordinary. They wanted to hold our passports on check in, but we said no as that requirement went out years ago in Asia. If you're considering, probably cross it off your shortlist and choose something else.

Last month my boss was in a hotel there, where they cheated him and made him pay for a sheet at a ridiculous price, because according to them he had stained it pink. he received intimidation and various threats. I would only like if someone could tell me where we can make a formal complaint from our legal department, so that this hotel manager does not engage in abusive practices with guests again. We stayed for 3 nights & LOVED it here, we had a mountain view out of our window which was stunning! The rooms are modern, clean & comfortable. The pool is amazing, the views are incredible from up there, theres also a little gym area too, its in a great location, it's about a 15min walk to the main area, but there are still food choices around the hotel, the port where you catch the boat to vinworld is only a 5 min drive! The staff were amazing here, so kind & friendly! I would 100% stay here again! Beautiful hotel, excellent value for money!

This is a lovely hotel across the road from a gorgeous beach. We initially booked for two days but ended up staying for four. The staff were really helpful and professional. Not all of them could speak English but tried to help us through Google translate. The rooms are a good size and clean. We had a hot shower too and fresh drinking water every day. They helped us book a three island boat trip which we wouldn’t normally do but we had a really good day.

Lucky Sun Hotel meets 3* standards, located on a small street on the main tourist street Tran Phu of Nha Trang. Opposite the beach and there are many services around. Room prices are quite preferential near Tet. Rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The equipment works very efficiently, especially hot water is available immediately after opening (in just a few seconds). The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioner cools very quickly. The security & parking staff are quite friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a small swimming pool & gym area on the rooftop (23rd floor), however we stayed for 1 night and did not have much time to experience the service. This will be my favorite place the next time I come to Nha Trang.

I made a reservation online and stayed for one night on the weekend. Very satisfied with the location. The price is very good too. The front desk staff Mr. PHAM's response was very good. Will come again.

6 months ago I stayed at this hotel and more than a vacation it was hell. Ena only has one key per room and it's annoying to take the elevator. It's ridiculous that a 4 star hotel only has one key. The smell in the room was unbearable, probably due to the breeding ground of cockroaches. Not enough sea view, it's a vision crack. breakfast is not enough, the entrance is an ugly alley that also smells of vomit and sewage like in the room. I explained to Alex at the front desk about the cockroaches and if I could change rooms. and he told me verbatim, if you don't like them, eat them. He was rude and unapproachable. I don't know how they didn't fire him. Location okay. I will NEVER go back

The hotel location is good, the rooms are new, the reception staff is enthusiastic and friendly, Phong Linh is very enthusiastic to support my family. However, the hotel should adjust the reception area, which is very hot and seems to not turn on the computer. It's cold and the weather is hot in summer but the air conditioner is not turned on.
