The hotel overall was very satisfying! The room was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient. It's right next to a night market, so it's easy to go shopping, eat, or have a drink at night, but the hotel itself isn't noisy at all. The service was also excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The sea view is gorgeous if you get a room with one. The bed linen was barely changed, and the rooms are a bit tired. Overall, it's livable, as I spent very little time in the room. The AC works perfectly. The elevator can take a while during peak hours, and sometimes the hot water too, haha. The location is top-notch, everything is nearby and convenient. There's a coffee shop on the first floor with delicious coffee, but the desserts and pastries are just so-so 😕. The gym is a joke, only in name.

The room was very dirty. We asked to change rooms, but they gave us the owner's contact information, and he didn't respond. The room smelled of dampness and had mold.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and the bustling downtown area. I'm glad I chose an ocean view room since I had the chance.

Worst experience, avoid this place at all costs! If you don't want to completely ruin your vacation, do not stay here under any circumstances. The horrors began barely an hour after check-in. I discovered that water was leaking from the refrigerator—the entire freezer was packed with ice and simply couldn't handle it. When I approached the reception, they told me they couldn't help because each room has its own owner, and I needed to contact them directly. It got worse from there. The bathroom had terrible black mold, and because of it, the air in the room was unbearable; I couldn't breathe. I immediately asked the reception for a refund to check out, but they again sent me to the elusive owner. In the end, it took two days for them to change my room. Did it get better? No. On top of the old problems, there were cockroaches. I suffered through another two days there somehow and then fled. Zero service, living conditions are hazardous to health, and no one takes responsibility. A complete nightmare!

The location is excellent. The rooms vary a lot. I got a decent room (considering the price of around 3300 rubles per night), with a city and mountain view. My friends got a run-down room, but with a magnificent sea view. The hotel is always almost 100% full. Housekeeping is daily, with toothbrush replacement and so on. There are issues with the elevators. There are many, but even more people want to use them. The main clientele are Russians, Koreans, and a small number of Chinese. Considering the price, it's very good. But you need to catch deals; for the full price of around 7000 rubles, I would look for other options.

Oh, it was super bad and really, really terrible. The room was incredibly dirty, like someone trashed it and then relieved themselves without anyone bothering to clean it up =)))))) I ran out so I didn't take many pictures, but it was super awful. If you haven't booked yet, run away now! 😇
