All the staff are friendly. Morning meals are delicious, too.

The Hotel was quit Expensive, but there were so many merits. 1. Pool was Fantastic 2. Emplyees were very nice and kind 3. Hotel view was fantasic 4. Hotel Facility was Good One bad thing was no permission to bring outside Food (have to pay Fine, Penalty)

The room was great Service was poor I was waiting for check out in lobby and had to wait for long time. No ac in lobby. Sweating alot

The main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours. I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun.

I would recommend staying at the resort, but the hotel feels a bit shabby so I can't give it 5 stars.

Too smell room and tv is broken

An honest review. Stayed in a couple hotels in Nha Trang and would say Alibu is quite average if you're looking for a luxury resort to enjoy your holiday. The hotel is quite small. Also 2 rather small pools and if you came during holidays season, do expect you wouldn't have enough beach bed to relax and filled with crowds. The bungalow room is spacy. Everytime you go in, there's this newly renovated wood planks smell which annoys a bit, the room does not have aroma diffuser like every Nha Trang resort would have. However, it could really benefits from a bigger TV since there's some distance from the bed itself. The bathtub at the balcony. and the shower inside the room is basically connected to the toilet, while you are showering the water will wet the toilet and vice versa, smells connect aswell. However, one thing I have to give it is the view from the room is something that everyone would be delighted about, beautiful. Breakfast and restaurants are average, poor service, long waiting time and untasteful food. Average variety of food options. If the hotel don't allow guest to order take out food they really should provide better options and good quality food. (also the first time where Theres a place in south east Asia that doesn't allow Grab food) It has a steam and sauna that are quiet pathetic, extremely small, only able to fit 1 person at 1 time, located inside a public toilet area neat the pool and ridiculously, you have to pay for it 200,000 for an hour. Absolutely no one should pay to enjoy this. Also, yes the hotel is unfinished, there's still some construction, refurnishing here and there. On another hand furnitures are dated, it's hard to tell if this is a new hotel or was renamed and reconstruction from an old one. Moreover, There isn't a beach, rather it's a stone and rocks area, if you'd like to wet your fit, definitely not for swimming. Finally, the hotel wants to present itself as a 5 star luxury hotel, but a lot of the small detail shows that it's quite the opposite from that. There is a menu on the rooms that shows everything single item to be paid if damage or lost (from a spoon to the pillow case). Also everytime you go to the pool they ask you your room number and mark down how many towels did you requested. All things considered, I would not come back for a next stay, I would recommend pay the slight price difference for the Hotel A near by instead.
