They made our anniversary so special! They gave us a beautiful room with even a beautiful cake! They were so thoughtful and kind. The manage MR T couldn’t do enough for us. Thankyou for a beautiful stay! We will definitly be coming back.

What began as a hotel stay slowly turned into the feeling of being part of the Green Beach family. From the very first day, the entire front desk team welcomed me with such warmth, kindness, and genuine care that it felt far beyond normal hospitality. Their professionalism was impeccable, but it was their sincerity and kindness that made the experience unforgettable. A very special thank-you to Mr. Tai 💕 the front desk manager, whose leadership and gracious presence set such a wonderful tone for the entire team. He is the kind of person who makes guests feel truly seen and valued. The front desk staff were simply outstanding—always ready to help, always smiling, always going the extra mile to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their kindness and attention made each day a pleasure. Another highlight of my stay was the wonderful breakfast service. Mr. Thanh Huy 💕 the breakfast manager, leads his team with remarkable attentiveness and warmth. Each morning the dining room felt welcoming and relaxed, and the chefs consistently prepared fresh and thoughtful dishes with great care. The entire breakfast team worked together seamlessly to create a lovely start to each day. After ten days surrounded by such incredible people, saying goodbye was genuinely bittersweet. It felt less like leaving a hotel and more like leaving friends. I already look forward to returning in September to visit what now truly feels like my Nha Trang family. I feel truly honored to have met such outstanding sweet people, and I will always be grateful to them from the bottom of my heart ❣️

the worst wifi I've had in my vietnam trip. also there are a rooms with no day light. Only after few requests the room was changed

It is a nice hotel, we stay there for several years already, but this year there are a lot of people, so a little bit noisy, karaoke in front of the hotel. It is not quite new, but staff is very nice and helpful. Need a little improvement in cleaning service.

Green Beach was a great location. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. They changed our AUD to VND, purchased Vinpearl tickets for us. Very happy. Stayed on the 25 floor and the view was wonderful. It’s a shame they don’t serve drinks on the pool level. Soap next to the hand basin would be great.
