Muong Thanh Grand Nha Trang Hotel

It’s very very far from city city. It’s nice if you prefer a quiet neighborhood.

Good location for angel mountain trail or trip to waterfalls on north but little far from city and beaches. Good breakfast and WiFi Negative is communication with staff. On check out they want us to pay 200 000 for new towel because housekeeping inform them that one towel in our room was “dirty” but we wanted to know what that means. They couldn’t explain even with Google Translate so we went back into room took the “dirty” towel down on reception and ask what’s wrong and suddenly they said its all ok and we are check out.. photo attached. Felt like scam from employees. shame because it destroy our experience in this hotel. Double shame cause manager was standing in reception whole time and didn’t say anything.. Pool is small and almost unusable.. no deck chair or shade.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the room was neat with a nice view. However, the bed sheets and towels were not very clean or fresh-smelling. If the hotel could provide cleaner, fresh-smelling linens and towels, it would be perfect and I would definitely come back. Considering the price booked through Trip, it was acceptable overall.

Find peace at place nearby the beach so we could easy to walk around

Great hotel. Nice swimming pool. Good location. I asked for towels from reception which didn’t arrive. That is the only negative for this particular hotel.

Dated and depressing hotel. Swimming pool had 3 sun loungers and no view. Bath was broken and couldn’t be used. Internet weak. No room cleaning for 3 days and then charged me for the water that was in the fridge after not providing any. Tiny shower gel lasted one shower and not replaced. Breakfast was poor and only had tables for 10 with red bows on chairs for a wedding. Stayed at 4 other hotels in the area for same price and all were better. Avoid.

The hotel was actually very good sparkles , everything was good great in it , except the breakfast and the swimming pool , I was expecting it’s gonna be something special compared to some lower priced hotels that I have been to before!

Breakfast is poor. The serving plates are bare most times. No coffee/tea. The fruits were not juicy and the vegetables were under cooked. The toaster was not in working condition to toast bread! The shower head leaks and causes drips to the bathroom floor every time. There was a strong chemical smell in the room. Too small shampoo & shower gel portions were provided for two guests.

Nice hote, affordable price and good service, especially suitable for family.
