The sunbed situation on the beach is absolutely awful. ****** come and reserve sunbeds even before they're set up (before 6 AM). It's a huge issue! Everyone is angry because of it. The hotel needs to come up with a solution to ensure there are enough sunbeds for everyone. Since there are more paid sunbeds than hotel ones, something can definitely be done. Or, it seems to me, this is already a business strategy – not increasing the number of sunbeds so that guests have to pay for them.

Had a wonderful stay at Havana Nha Trang Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the beach, food options, and many attractions around Nha Trang. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The only small issue was the air conditioning, as it seemed fixed at 23 degrees and could not be lowered, so the room was not as cool as expected. Other than that, everything else was great and I still enjoyed my stay very much. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

The front desk staff speaks Chinese, so communication was no problem at all. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right across from the beach and ocean, and the surrounding area is lovely. Eating and shopping are super convenient. There's a market right next door, which is great for groceries and other purchases. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby downstairs. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. As for facilities, the landline phone in the room wasn't working. The location is quite central, and breakfast offered a good variety. Trip.com indicated that the 'sea view king room' was suitable for two adults and two children, but as expected, fitting all four of us in one bed was impossible. Thankfully, adding an extra bed during check-in was a smooth process. The pool is great for kids. There were quite a few Korean guests staying here. The location is very convenient.
