Everything was great. The location is good, beach is in front of the hotel, breakfast is nice. A lot of fruits, great variety of dishes, not just snacks, I really enjoyed every meal I had there. This is an extraordinary hotel. The services, including in the restaurants, are top level, while the rooms are beautiful. The location is also very good, just across the street from the beach. Great views from our room balcony. There are only a few glitches. The breakfast is overburderdened; simply too many people at breakfast at once. One idea for the management would be to introduce a small charge for breakfast, which would quickly cut the number of guests breakfasting in the hotel. The other issue is the elevators. Due to breakfast assault and departures, the wait for an elevator may be quite long in the morning.

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

Nice place. A bit far from all noise streets. Good buffet breakfast. Private beach.

Overall it is very great, staff are very helpful. However, the temperature of sauna and steam room are not hot enough. Hope these would be improve and I hope to stay in this hotel again

I brought my family here and stayed for 8 nights. I got three rooms. The hotel decoration is also new and the sea view is super cool! The service attitude is beyond fault, and the location is also good. It avoids the hustle and bustle of the city center but is not far from the city center. It’s just that the free 3 hours of private beach time is a bit short, and it will be more comfortable if you add more time! Compared with Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, and Sanya, this is the best value for money I have ever stayed in a sea view room! The overall evaluation is over five stars! A booking that exceeded expectations. I will stay here again when I come to Nha Trang for the third time! 😄

We liked everything. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is new and clean. The toilet is clean and large. All the accessories were there. The staff is responsive. Special thanks to Dima. (Russian speaking) The location is good. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel corresponds to its stars, friendly staff, a very beautiful cafe with a view of the sea is on the 28th floor. The pool is on the fifth floor, on the sixth there is a fitness room and a children's area, as well as a bar with very tasty drinks. Cleaning was every day, the refrigerator for an additional fee contained drinks and sweets.

The hotel environment is good overall, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. It is very close to the beach and opposite Pearl Island. There are many rooms. Most of the guests staying in the hotel are Chinese teams and Russians. The breakfast is rich, the free afternoon tea is simple, and the beach chairs are quickly booked in the morning.
