I stayed here with my boyfriend for a short getaway. We booked a room that came with two large beds, but since there were only the two of us, we used just one bed and didn’t pay attention to the other one. We stayed for two nights, and on the last night, while my boyfriend was asleep, I decided to sit on the second bed to watch TV. To my shock, when I pulled back the blanket, I found a visible stain on the sheet — it looked like a coffee spill. I was extremely disappointed and disturbed. It felt deceptive that the housekeeping staff had simply made the bed without properly cleaning it. Of course, if we had seen this on the first day, we would have reported it immediately. But since we only noticed it on the second night, reporting it wouldn’t have changed much. This was a very unpleasant experience and certainly not what we expected from a hotel.

very clean and great service. great location from the park to see the fall. i really love this hotel! definitely come back if have a chance!

Hotel is old and outdated. They charged additional approx $10 daily for amenities like wifi & pool which are free for most of the hotels now! No toothbrush, no slipper, no hot water etc. Location is good, minutes walk to state park and rainbow bridge.

It was a great stay, hotel location is great, near to the falls. Room was big and looks like recently renovated, so all clean and nice. There are multiple restaurants and gaming arcades in the building. Couldn’t ask for more

This property does not provide a parking lot, public parking cost $20/night, not recommend for those driving...

It was a very noisy stay. You can hear the people in all the rooms around you and outside on the streets.

Cleanliness but ok to stay as family, no breakfast just a set of starbuck

Room is very old. The office chair was broken. And the bath tub peeled off and exposed the dark interior layer

This is the first hotel right after crossing the border which is still bit far from the centre. The hotel is outdated & have some smell. It is spacious though.

The hotel is conveniently located to the Niagara Falls. The front desk was considerate to give us three adjacent rooms. The breakfast is decent.
