The hotel is relatively simple and does not have many facilities. The location is convenient, with attractions and recreational facilities just opposite. Ten minutes walk to Niagara fall.

Small shower towels and can hear my neighbours talking overall stay could have been a bit better.
Parking overnight $25/$15 should be transparent and put it on the listing.

This hotel’s location is perfect for those wanting to walk Cliffton Hill or go to the ******. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are big and clean! Staff was wonderful we required early check in and were able to check in at 12:30 instead of 4.

The location was good, walls are very thin could hear everything in the other room. Woke us up a few times throughout the night. The furnace made alot of noise at night. Parking was $25 on site but next door was $5.

Our room was was smelly. We asked for an air freshener or something alike but didn't get any. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Clean, no wait for check in(not like The Oakes brutal there) especially given it was new years!- very fair pricing right on the ***** and very close to original ******. Only complaint is they do not have adequate parking although they have a secondary lot offsite. Good value would stay again
