Breakfast room needs improvements. Firstly, it’s located in the basement, not easily accessible. Secondly, the space is cramped when it’s busy. The hotel’s location, on the other hand, is quite handy and at a walking distance to Forest Hills and Niagara Falls.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient, which was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, and the overall experience did not meet our expectations. The breakfast was especially poor. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and the staff told us that the waffles were already finished. There were only a few croissants and coffee left, with very limited options available. The breakfast quality and selection were far below what we expected. Overall, while the location was great, the lack of cleanliness and the disappointing breakfast made this a below-average experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

Fine and fair

This hotel is in a convenient location, but the facilities are very old. The room service quality is poor; there's no complimentary drinking water, no kettle, and breakfast has limited options.

Clean and com convenient to local attractions ,good breakfast

We originally booked March 12-14. Then we changed to 1 night march 13-14 but looks like the hotel did not received this update. It was updated in the app and was paid 1 night ahead of time but the date was not changed at the hotel. Good thing they still have room available and the frontdesk is very professional and took good care of it. Pool is warm and very clean. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast we were expecting better but overall it is worth it. We did not pay for parking. Thank you so much! 😊

There was ants in the breakfast table. And the bread tasted old. The bed were hard and the room was not sound proof.  But the location was amazing and very easy get

Very close to WeGo station so, getting to the sites at Niagara falls was easy.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to the waterfall and the town, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, parking, and sightseeing. It's also very affordable. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends! Thumbs up!👍

Nice location. Older , dated , but that isn’t a problem. The place needs a very thorough cleaning. Everything. Tv channels very limited. Plus side good water pressure in the shower

was there for labor day weekend people friendly stay there every year never really had a problem will stay again next year
