The lady downstairs in the cafe was awesome with great suggestions for us. The room was clean. Hot water in the bathroom was are only real issue.....the lack of it.

Lovely boutique hotel, great location The room was large, clean and well presented. The bed was especially comfortable. The complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated as was the helpful staff. The location is great for visiting both Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake.

The staff was very friendly, the Kent Lounge was fantastic, the best quiche. I little bit out of the way, about a 15 min Uber ride.
