Bad service and an unfriendly attitude toward guests. Although the location is good, the poor customer service can easily ruin your trip.

Good location, historical building, excellent sea view and very good restaurant

We stayed  at this hotel many times due to unique combination of location and hospitality. The old style hotel has a classic room decoration and we like it. Besides there are very tasty breakfasts from 7 till 11.30 and it’s also quite unique as obviously breakfasts stop at 10.30 in hotels. So you can go at the beach area to walk or to run and get the breakfast after. We advise this hotel for family vacations.

Upgraded to deluxe sea view room which is the biggest one at floor 6! Very nice view and spacious

Great stay

I booked the Superior Sea View Room and I got a very small room and nothing to do with the pictures online. They said they only have one room looks like the picture and it was contained. The facilities are so old, there was only one outlet in the entire room and the hair drier was like 1970s hair drier with a pipe connected to the wall. There was no ventillator in the bathroom.

The location was amazing, right across from the beach. The man helping us with our luggage was so helpful and kind, he definitely helped make our experience here a lot more special. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Europe so far. Overall great and will be back for sure

The hotel is right next to the coastline, offering excellent views, but nearby amenities are a bit far. The rooms were clean, but ventilation was average; you needed to open the windows. Soundproofing was poor; footsteps in the hallway were quite noticeable. During my stay, we were given chocolates for Easter, which was appreciated.

The facilities themselves were decent, and the beach view I could see just by opening the curtains every morning and night was truly beautiful. I also felt good because the front desk kindly answered my inquiries regarding other personal travel matters.

We were two girls with a service dog. Upon check-in, they assigned us a tiny corner room on the second floor. There wasn't enough room for our luggage and the dog's things; we couldn't even open the luggage. The balcony was also obstructed—half the view was of the sea, the other half a frosted glass wall, separating us from the hotel next door. It was ugly and oppressive. We went to the front desk to complain, ready to fight, but another receptionist immediately changed us to a higher-floor room with a full ocean view. The room and bathroom were much larger, and the balcony was much nicer. We called security to show us the room first, and when they asked which room we were in, they shook their heads, saying it was very small and different from our ocean view room…pure fraud. This is all the fault of the hotel's front desk staff, even though they are Asian like us. The overall service was indeed quite poor…they thought we were easy to bully, and if we didn't speak up, we'd suffer this loss…

The hotel has a great location, but it doesn't have its own parking lot. However, the public parking lot isn't too far away. The room with the balcony is fantastic, except it's a bit small.

The hotel is right opposite the beach and the sea, a great location. We chose a sea-view room, which was nice. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, but the food was just average.

The scenery of this hotel is very good. You can see the sea directly from the balcony. It is very beautiful~ Every day when I come back to the hotel and look at the sea view, I feel really comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel. You must get a sea view room!
