The location is good. The kitchen is full equiped, but there is no teabags. AC was working. From the second side of bed there is no plug. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is no slippers. In the morning you can go for breakfast (not included) In the first floor can be noisy because of other guests.

The phone reception was cold, and it wasn't any better in person. I took a shower in the morning, but there was no hot water in the evening, making it impossible to shower again. I booked a superior studio to have a terrace, but there wasn't even enough space for two chairs to have coffee or enjoy a moment outside together. Plus, the bed was right against the door, making it really difficult to get onto the tiny balcony. It's ridiculous. There wasn't even an apology for the lack of hot water; all I got was, 'Oh, that happens sometimes.' I do not recommend this hotel.

It's alright, pretty decent for an Accor apartment. The front desk strictly enforced the 3 PM check-in time. The cleanliness was good, very clean, but there was an oil stain on the bedsheet. I was too lazy to report it to the front desk though.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect - right in the city center. It was easy to get to anywhere by walking. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

I found this hotel based on reviews. It's located in the center of Nice, 15-20 minutes from the promenade. The room has a kitchen. There's a pool, but it wasn't working.
