Very satisfied! It's conveniently located right next to the train station in the city center, making it easy to get everywhere. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate wet/dry bathroom. The service was excellent. I really liked it.

Verry good location 5-7 min walk to train station and 10 min from promenade. Nice rooms, quiet (I was affraid beeing at the boulevard), mini bar for free, daily new water bottles and cookies.

Unlimited free coffee available 24/7, and a supermarket right at the doorstep. Plus, breakfast is included at this price – I'm definitely satisfied!

Hotel located in the heart of Nice. It is 15 minutes away from the beach and 5 mins away from the train station. Also, the receptionist Philippe was so friendly. Would stay again if I ever visit again Nice. So good.

The hotel isn't very big, and I booked a room with breakfast included, which was reasonably priced and quite good. The only thing is, the breakfast was pretty much the same every day. Staying for 6 nights, it felt a bit monotonous; it would have been nice to have a little more variety. The location is excellent, right on a commercial street not far from the train station, which is super convenient if you plan on taking trains to visit towns around Nice.

Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful, they help us book taxi to the airport on taxi driver strike day.

I love the hotel so much. Not only the location is very near to the train station, it is also near to the tram station which leads to the airport. Walking distance to the beach while i get to enjoy all the fabulous view along the way. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay in the hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

stayed here for 4 nights, and loved every day. the location is central but a bit of a walk from the beach. very easy to get around. amenities were great too

Overall the standard isn’t up to 4 star hotel, so if you’re looking for a properly-functioning one, I wouldn’t recommend it. Firstly, the hotel staffs are nice- all three I’ve encountered are super helpful and friendly. So credit to them 😊 However, the hotel itself really needs some WORK. 1, The room does not look as the one I ordered online- it looks rather small, despite the fact that I booked the double comfortable room with spacious view in the advertising picture. 2, the Center heating system smells like TOILET. I turned it on because it’s still march and sometimes the room got chilly at night. And guess what, I often smell the toilet 🚽 air here and there …… it really disgusted me. 3, also please note to fix the TV. As shown in the picture, there’s no signal and since it was the last morning I stayed, I didn’t bother asking anyone to check but the screen would turn green. The location is super convenient so I had the chance to take trains to many tourism attractions and wineries, but if you’re looking for a place with nice amenities that at least function well, it isn’t your best option.
