Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Good, very thoughtful. Don't believe the negative reviews online, they're all nonsense. So I highly recommend this hotel. It's just that the sea water is very cold right now. This hotel is really good, truly excellent.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb. Right outside, there's a bus stop, and behind the hotel, there's a tram station. It's super convenient to get anywhere. I stayed for 6 days and found it very easy to travel to Antibes and Monaco during my stay. Pascal at the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic! I really liked him. He added a lot of positive vibes to our check-in experience. All in all, when I come back to the South of France, I'll definitely stay here again!

Honestly, it was a bit disappointing. For three days, they never replenished the complimentary water bottles, and there were no snacks from the moment we checked in. We booked a premium sea view room, but ended up with a side room on the second floor with no actual sea view. You had to step out onto the balcony to even catch a glimpse of the ocean. Overall, it was just okay, as pictured. On the bright side, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and we didn't experience any issues with them treating Chinese guests differently.

I've never encountered such terrible service before. I can't believe a hotel that profits from Chinese tourists would treat them so poorly. 1. I booked a deluxe sea view room, but was given a ground floor room with no sea view at all. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, I was told there were no other sea view rooms available, but I could switch to a city view room on a higher floor. 2. Upon entering the new room, I immediately discovered an unidentifiable object in the bathroom. 3. The seal on the paid snacks was already broken. 4. It took 5 calls to the front desk before anyone answered. I asked for an extra duvet and was told the hotel didn't have any spare ones, and they would check and get back to me. As expected, I never received a call back. 5. All the staff treated Caucasians exceptionally well, while being very dismissive towards Asian guests.

The front desk staff were very arrogant, and my check-in experience was quite mediocre. It seemed they only treated Asian guests this way, as they were very polite to foreigners. Other than the convenient transportation, I generally wouldn't recommend this place.

I wasn't happy after checking in, but thankfully Trip.com helped out. I scrolled through the reviews, and it seems all the negative ones are from Chinese guests, while almost all the positive ones are from foreigners. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend it.

The room had a fantastic ocean view! The hotel environment was also excellent.
