The hotel seems relatively new, but everything else was quite mediocre. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude, and the security guard at the entrance selectively helped guests with their luggage. The clean pajamas that were supposed to be on the bed were carelessly tossed onto the table. When I called the front desk from my room, no one answered, and they were unhelpful with every request. For a hotel by the sea, they didn't even have a basic first-aid kit. My friend broke a fingernail and asked the front desk for a simple band-aid, but they didn't have any. The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb. Right outside, there's a bus stop, and behind the hotel, there's a tram station. It's super convenient to get anywhere. I stayed for 6 days and found it very easy to travel to Antibes and Monaco during my stay. Pascal at the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic! I really liked him. He added a lot of positive vibes to our check-in experience. All in all, when I come back to the South of France, I'll definitely stay here again!

The room I received didn't match the photos. I booked the 'Sea View Executive Room' based on the pictures, but the room they gave me was more aligned with a room type that's 700-800 CNY cheaper. I've never encountered such terrible service before. I can't believe a hotel that profits from Chinese tourists would treat them so poorly. 1. I booked a deluxe sea view room, but was given a ground floor room with no sea view at all. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, I was told there were no other sea view rooms available, but I could switch to a city view room on a higher floor. 2. Upon entering the new room, I immediately discovered an unidentifiable object in the bathroom. 3. The seal on the paid snacks was already broken. 4. Disappointing "Superior" Experience – Not Worth the Premium! We booked a Superior Room with a Sea View, but were assigned a room on Level 2 with a very poor view that certainly didn’t feel "superior." To make matters worse, the room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we raised this with staff, we were told the AC is only turned on during summer and were remarkably suggested to just "keep the balcony door open." The lack of attention to detail continued with the amenities. Despite being two guests, we were only given one small bottle of plain water per day. They also provided four coffee sachets but only two milks; the math just doesn't add up for a well reputed hotel. Very disappointing service for the price paid.

The staff were really friendly, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view. The facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel, but everything was clean and well-stocked, which made up for it.
