Novotel Nice Centre Vieux-Nice Reviews

Nice is truly a popular tourist city, and I booked this hotel for the convenience of parking. However, the hotel itself doesn't have a parking lot; I had to park in a public parking garage across the street. While it's fine once you get used to it, first-time visitors might find it a bit confusing. It's a bit far from the Old Town, but it's relatively convenient to catch the tram after crossing two streets. However, I felt that public safety in Nice is a bit of an issue. The tram station is full of 'xiaohui' (a derogatory term for black people) at night, but thankfully, there are police officers patrolling, which brought some peace of mind.

Hotel needs renovation, cleanliness is unacceptable. It cannot be considered a 4-star hotel in this condition.

The room was spacious. There's a bus stop right outside, which made getting around by bus super convenient. It's also close to the 'require' station (assuming 'require' is a specific station name). This is an older, well-established hotel, and overall, the stay and service were excellent. Breakfast was a typical 'Western' style, and you could even fry your own eggs. There's a mini-fridge in the room, and you can get water from a dispenser near the elevators.

Check in and out was fast and smooth. Room was spacious and breakfast was good. Tram station is nearby, 10mins to city centre 👍🏻

The deposit has not been refunded, and emails are not being answered. Who would dare to stay here?

We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower.

The location is decent, and the hygiene is excellent. They have a pool, entertainment facilities, and a gym, making it very family-friendly. I'd definitely come back!

Central location, staff is helpful, near to the airport and good food

Great value for money. I had no issues communicating in English with multiple front desk staff members, and they even offered extra tips for sightseeing routes.

The room was very spacious. Even though it's not a brand new hotel, the facilities are quite comprehensive, and the bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was much better than at the hotels I stayed in Paris. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nice.

I not know how many stations of bus or trams at the door of the hotel . I feel very easy and convenient to almost sightseeing places.the staff are professional and kind .the breakfast is good.
