The windows are not soundproof. I strongly advise against staying here; they discriminate against Chinese guests. They put Chinese people in the worst rooms and won't let you switch, even if you check in early. The windows aren't soundproof, and since it's on a main road, you hear loud car noises all night. Also, most of the facilities are broken here—the water pressure is low, and the laundry sink is out of order. It's also quite a distance from the beach, requiring you to cross several intersections. It's not as good as the Swedish hotel closer to the beach that I stayed at before.

The hotel was good. The staff were excellent. I only stayed a short time, but overall, I was pleased with everything. The only thing was on my last morning before checking out, I noticed ants in my room.

The hotel enjoys an unbeatable location, within walking distance of the beach, train station and old town, with plenty of great dining options nearby. It features a classic vintage atmosphere. While the rooms look a little dated, they are kept spotlessly clean. The only minor issue is slightly slow drainage in the bathroom, which doesn’t affect the overall stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Busby. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable. The location is also excellent, making it easy to see all the main attractions. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

The location and room are decent, but the facilities are a bit older. The bed is an old-fashioned, British style, which takes some getting used to.

We had a really lovely time in Nice, in the beautiful south of France. The location was very convenient, with the nearby beach easily accessible on foot. The hotel amenities were up to a good standard, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist from the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, and the room was pleasantly quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Thanks for the spacious room! The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. However, the hotel is clearly a bit run down and needs an update. The location is excellent! It's a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and the beach, and there's a supermarket nearby. I recommend this hotel.

Great stay overall! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the room upgrade. They answered all my questions in detail and provided excellent service. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and Nice-Ville station. I would definitely stay here again. One suggestion: The room keychain is quite heavy and can be difficult to carry in jeans pockets. A lighter keychain would be more convenient.

Calling it a 3-star might be a stretch; it's okay if your expectations are low. The front desk staff were consistently aloof and expressionless, no matter what you said. During peak season, we had no choice but to pay 5-star or 6-star prices for what felt like a 2-star hotel. The upside is it's within walking distance to both the beach and the train station.

Its sufficient for my long Easter weekend stay, close to the Nice city and close to the Nice-Ville train station which is very convenience to get to other town. Well recommend. I didn't try their breakfast as I was too busy trying other known names patisserier. Close to the beach too.

The location and the service were good. In addition, the price was not so expensive. I was satisfied with the hotel.
