A nice "old chic" hotel with its own charm. Beautiful decoration, loved the Art Nouveau windows and my window with the view of the citrus garden! A very good location, close to the Promenade des Anglais, the town centre, the Old Nice, the cakes, etc. Good price for me.

Worst experience of a hotel I’ve ever had. They don’t tell you bring outside food into the hotel! Water is either too hot or too cold, rooms are small, walls are thin you hear anyone walking by your room at night. Couldn’t recommend less.

Never was able to get anyone at the hotel to answer a phone call. we were in Monaco and realized your hotel was not in Nice, where our train was going. We could not even call you to tell you we weren't going to be there.

Nice location. Kind staffs. Clean room and other facilities. But, there is no fridger. Other things are good. Highly recommended.

Excellent location.

The view is beautiful and the location is good, but there is no sound insulation at all. It is not recommended for people who have trouble sleeping on the street. And this hotel does not use a quilt cover, but two sheets together... I am speechless and it is not worth the price at all

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is generally good. The location is nice. The room size is good. My room was facing the back and was quiet. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The reception staff is kind. They gave me the room 2 hours early. As for the shortcomings; I am 1.83 cm tall, the bed was short for me, my feet were hanging out. The shower was small, I had difficulty moving in it. There was no shower cabin, there was a curtain and the bathroom was covered in water.

The hotel is quite old, which is unpleasant. There are holes and cracks all around, but it is clean, the staff tries. The location is good. The breakfasts are good by French standards.

They will store your luggage before check-in and after check-out without any problems. The room had the minimum facilities and I was personally satisfied. The price is cheap so I might stay again.

The location is very good, you can walk to the beach or nearby restaurants. The room is small, maybe because of the price, overall it is quite satisfactory. I live on the top floor, I can't find Wi-Fi, I always use my own 4G network. It is said that other rooms have Internet. Other things are OK, no bad things, it's OK.

The location is OK. The price is OK in this season. The conditions are relatively poor, equivalent to a two-star guesthouse in China.

Great hotel in the center, close to everything. There is a kitchen, terrace, gym. The rooms are large. A very good choice in terms of price-quality ratio. The downside is that the bathroom looks old-fashioned, but everything works and is in good condition. Very clean.
