I don't know who's leaving good reviews for this place. As soon as I walked into the hotel, there was a musty smell. The room itself was incredibly small; I couldn't even fully open two suitcases. I stayed for five days, and they didn't provide towels for the first two. I thought they just didn't have any, but then on the third day, they put some out. However, they didn't replace them with fresh ones on the fourth day. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed unless it was locked. Seriously, this hotel is definitely not worth the price!

The room was very small, and there wasn't enough space to open a suitcase, but I appreciated having a bathtub. There's a water dispenser available in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, though it could get crowded, sometimes making it hard to find a seat or certain dishes.

A small basic hotel close to Nice Gare. The internal heater in the room is too hot and the water pressure in the 🚿 is not strong. Double room is not spacious.

The hotel is very close to Nice train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. For traveling in the South of France, being near the train station is crucial. Plus, breakfast is included at this price, so I have to say it offers excellent value for money.

It was fair price with quality. However it is really close to Nice Ville train station.

The soundproofing in the room is absolutely terrible. I stayed for five nights, and every single night I fell asleep to the rumble of trains and the roar of motorcycles passing by every ten minutes. It was extremely, extremely noisy. If you're a light sleeper, definitely avoid this place.

This Hotel is right by the train station, which makes it easy to roam around Cote d'Azur by train. If needed there is a shop on the same street where you can wash your clothes. Particular handy for backpackers, who want to do some laundry. The room was a perfect size, and the bathroom was great. It has a towel dryer, which is nice, when you need to dry swim clothes after a day at the beach. The city center is a short walk away from the hotel too. Breakfast was simple but good. Typical European breakfast - which means sweet pastry. They also had baguette, cheese, toppings like ham, scrambled eggs and greenary + fruits and berries - something I prefer. (I need my breakfasts a bit salty). The staff was helpful and welcoming. You can store your luggage at the Hotel if needed, which is great! Also a pluss for being eco friendly. You might hear the traffic from your room, but it shouldn't be a bother to most people. If you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room that doesn't face the main street, or use ear buds. I had no issue, but I sleep well anywhere.

I stayed 5 nights at Hotel So’Co. I arrived late at 11pm on my first night, to a room where the air conditioning did not work and the shower gel bottle was completely empty; this was rectified by the end of my second day. During my stay, I noticed yellow stains in the shower and sink. The hotel is not well maintained as evident by faulty window holders on the stairway and dust/dirt on the hallway carpet. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep at night which is close to the train station, then fine. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay during your holiday, then this is not the establishment for you. As a solo traveller, I also did not feel safe walking back to the hotel at night in this area.

The hotel is very conveniently close to the train station, it is quite easy to travel along the coast with the regional train. The hotel room is good and clean. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.
