The rooms are located around a morish styled area. The swimming pool is also within the walls and a great place to relax. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is really a treat! The dinner was really nice. What else do you want?

Nice pool, lovely gardens and courtyard.
The bed was comfortable, traditional style decor.
The Wifi unfortunately was very slow (no good for video calls, but ok for email).
I had breakfast and dinner in the hotel; the dinner was very nice. The breakfast was pretty good but the orange juice was from a carton (not fresh). Good coffee. Well stocked bar.

Bienvenidos al hotel de la Paz y Tranquilidad! Ha sido una estancia maravillosa.El hotel está situado en plena naturaleza y muy bien localizado para visitar las principales calas y playas.A 7 min en coche de la maravillosa Isleta del Moro.No vale quej**** de moscas o mosquitos pues es lo que tiene estar en medio de un parque natural. Además, desde recepción nos proporcionaron un aparato para los mosquitos. Todo el personal muy atento en todo momento. Desayuno y cenas con comida de calidad, muy distinto a los a veces repetidos bufetes de hoteles masificados.4 primeros y 4 segundos y deliciosos postres.Todo casero. Piscina con cascada ideal también para desconectar porque aunque el hotel esté completo ni te enterarás. Todos los días nos dejaban una botella grande de agua mineral, que oye! se agradece. Si quieres descansar, desconectar y respirar no lo dudes, nosotros repetiremos seguro!!

En medio de la nada, decoración bastante antigua, bar restaurante espantoso (no he probado la cocina ya que, justo al lado, tienen uno estupendo, Oro y Luz). Arquitectura bien, trato amable, precio caro para lo que ofrece. En definitiva, me ha parecido más un balneario que un spa por lo que es perfecto para aburrirte o como hotel de carretera.

Muy normal tirando a cutre, con el precio que tiene me esperaba otra cosa. Nos han comido los mosquitos, el techo de la habitación lleno de manchas de sangre de mosquitos muertos. Lo comento a la recepcionista y me dice que en recepción tenían enchufes antimisquito que lo hubiera pedido. Al llegar a la habitación en la nevera nos encontramos una bolsa de salchichas empezada y una pera de otros clientes. En la reserva llevábamos un detalle de bienvenida, que no era otro que dos palmeritas pequeñitas de las que van sueltas sin plastificar ni nada, puestas en un plato desde p la mañana en el comodín de la habitación y con más de 100 hormigas bailando encima. Increíble. En la zona de la piscina nada que ver con las fotos, preguntamos días antes si la piscina estaba funcionando y nos respondieron que si, pues no estaba al 100% pq la cascada apagada y las camas balinesas sin montar solo la madera ni colchonetas ni dosel ni nada. Decepcionada totalmente.
