Short and great stay!! The hotel and room is compact but equipped with the amenities that we need 👍🏻 the staff is friendly as well. It is located just opposite to Family Mart and 5 minutes walk to Tobu Nikko and JR Nikko station. There is also a hypermart located behind the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean, and the surrounding atmosphere was lovely. I really appreciated that they provided extra sets of clothes/loungewear, and the amenities were fully equipped. Above all, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. I am truly impressed with my stay!

I stayed here for a business trip. I was prepared for a very small 4.5 tatami mat Japanese-style room, but it was surprisingly cozy and felt just like my own room. The toilet, located at the back of the room, was very clean and pleasant to use. The onsen (hot spring bath) was also empty on a weekday, so I had it all to myself, which was great for soothing the fatigue from a lot of walking. I wonder if it would be packed on weekends? Most of the shops around the station closed abruptly around 5 PM, leaving no dining options, but having a convenience store right across the street was a huge lifesaver. The breakfast was also uncrowded on a weekday, allowing me to enjoy it leisurely. It was Japanese-style and healthy, which I appreciated. Given it's a station in a tourist area and one of the more affordable options around, I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and answering all my questions. Included breakfast was generous and tasty. On-site small onsen was also clean and a very welcome addition. They even have lockers to put your stuff in after you check out and before you check in. Lovely hotel, highly recommend.

Highly recommended this place as I was expected for a small capsule that must share space in the same room with others but turned out that I got the private space with locker and table in the capsule. The location is super nice! Just across the family mart and 5 mins walk from train station

The hotel is clean! The location is in the town area of Nikko and it's convenient! Although I stayed in dormitory, the room was very clean and surprisingly spacious for me! Even there's a tv!

I stayed in a twin room on the third floor, and there's an elevator. The room has a toilet (no shower), and the shower rooms are next door, with two on each floor. There's also a washing machine. On the first floor, there's a public bath, which is quite small and only fits two people. Breakfast is 700 yen per person and is filling. Right across from the inn entrance is a Family Mart, which is very convenient. There's no luggage storage, only lockers by the entrance for 100 yen per use. A 24-inch suitcase fits easily, and 25-26 inches should be fine too; for 28 inches, you might want to double-check. I managed to fit my 24-inch suitcase plus 2 liters of water. It's a 3-minute walk from Tobu Nikko Station, or 5 minutes if you walk slowly.

Great location and cheap luggage lockers (we arrived early). Pretty basic facilities, tiny room (barely enough for 2 single beds and our oacks) and air conditioner only set for heat. Tried getting help but staff not very helpful. Overpriced for the quality offered.

Layout is very well designed, but there are few shower rooms. The service staff can’t provide much information because I hardly ever saw the staff, as I was usually rushing out. Most importantly, there is a cleaning period during which you cannot enter the accommodation

Very cute and private pod, essentially a mini room. Staff were friendly. Has 4 decent sized lockers out the front which was a life saver for baggage storage before check in to explore the area. Very close to some main attractions, a lot within walking distance!

The room size is comparable to typical business hotels in Japan, which was quite comfortable. There's a public bath on the first floor. Although breakfast isn't included, you can add 700 yen for a buffet breakfast, which was delicious and a much better option than eating out. The owner was also very welcoming. Even though the front desk was unstaffed between 10 AM and check-in time, there are four paid lockers outside the hotel for luggage storage. What's particularly convenient is its proximity to the station, just about a 4-minute walk, and it's also not far from the only supermarket near the station.

Love the design that gives double bunking guests privacies, but that give rise to two issues: (1) door slamming noise is an issue when there are any guests who head in and out of their compartment during the night, (2) there isn't much space to unpack your luggage. Onsen is tiny but water is hot enough.

Stayed here 1 night, we had great discount for bus voucher due to staying here (just showed reservation on the bus ticket counter). The location is good and room was ok

The room was okay, and the breakfast was good. They offer free parking with no prior reservation needed. It's also close to restaurants, the train station, and a bus stop.
