This hotel is fantastic. The apartment has 8 beds (2 double beds and 4 futons), a kitchen, a projector, and a washer/dryer. Everything is very clean, modern, and tidy. I highly recommend it.

This was my first time staying at Lotte Guesthouse, and it was a great experience. The amenities were very thoughtful, including cutlery, kitchenware, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and even a washer-dryer with laundry detergent. It truly felt like home! The only minor inconvenience for my family was having to queue to use the single bathroom and toilet. For me, I didn't realize until I arrived that our room was on the second floor and there was no option to choose the floor when booking. Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs to the second floor was a bit of a struggle!

We stayed at Rakuten STAY Nikko Botoan and were very satisfied. It's a spacious apartment with a separate bedroom, comfortable beds, and a large living room. The kitchen is excellent, and we cooked there every day. The main highlight is having a private onsen right in the room. Check-in was code-based, and everything was clean and well-thought-out. It's a 12-minute walk to the station. Highly recommended!

Waited an hour for the water heater, and the hot spring water was still ice cold. Couldn't use it at all. The check-in process was also a hassle; you have to video call with staff. But once I got through, they kept hanging up, telling us to wait. I won't be staying here again.

Great location, great space. Built in onsen was a huge plus. Not to mention the projector that you can watch from the bed. For the price, you just can't beat it.

The room is well-equipped, and there's a vending machine with snacks in the parking lot. Convenience stores are within walking distance. However, there's no front desk; you have to check in with customer service via a tablet, but the audio quality wasn't very clear. It also seems you have to request amenities from customer service.

Really perfect!! We love the location and easy access to places if you have a car…The room was really nice, clean and recommended for everyone to stay at! We had a really great time here.

Very spacious for a family, it comes with kitchen facilities and a private bath. Less than 5-minute drive from Tobu Nikko Station. The check-in process is done remotely but easy to navigate.

A very comfortable stay, the surroundings were peaceful and pleasant. There's a convenience store and supermarket nearby.

Got the room with free beer! It was fun except it took us awhile to figure out how to use the beer machine. Amenity are good. Would go back again.
