We spent three days in this beautiful place surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept garden, cozy and spacious rooms, each with its own veranda overlooking the garden. We ate every night in the hotel restaurant because the kitchen staff turned out to be really talented as well as super kind and friendly. Here, we ate the best dishes of our entire trip, all freshly prepared and served in a clean and welcoming environment. Jay's Place truly holds a special place in my heart!

Nice, quiet and decent accomodation in the beach village Nilaveli with very attentive staff! A large green garden in front of every room. Justin, one of the staff members was both a great chef but also showed an extreme level of service which I enjoyed a lot during my 3 nights staying there!

Justin paid us a visit of the garden spontanously, which is very well maintained. We were attracted by the Beauty of it. We had just a lunch there, very nice 😌👌🏻 the food chicken and fish were fresh and tasty. The place is simple and lovely ＜3 we recommend

Our host and also chef Anthony provided great service and food. The garden was stunning and the room was clean. We arrived during the off season in december but everything still was very clean and well organized. Jeys Place is a solid vouch! /Sarah and Erik from Sweden

Wonderful staff, clean rooms and stunning garden We had a wonderful stay during low season at Jey’s Place. Both Jey and Anthony were so kind and accommodating, the rooms are spotless and the garden luscious. Morning coffee and evening drink on the patio outside our room overlooking the garden was a real treat. Would recommend this place and definitely come back ourselves!

We had great and amazing experience with jeys place it's unforgettable..justine and vinod make us delicious food and they are very friendly with us we will go again and highly recommended JAY'S PLACE ❤️❤️.. Location is very clam to and very relaxing near to the beach we definitely go back.

We went to Jeys Place for a snack while waiting for our Ayurveda treatment in a nearby spa … and we liked it so much we came back for dinner too! The atmosphere is very nice and calm, the food is great, but the hospitality is what does the trick! Highly recommend if you are looking for a simple and real Sri-Lankan experience.

Wir blieben sechs Nächte bei Jey, und es war so erholsam. Jey's Place ist ca. 500m vom Strand entfernt, ein schöner Fußweg entlang der ruhigen Straße. Der Strand ist sauber und wenig besucht. Seit dem letzten Jahr, wo wir auch bei Jey waren, ist ein Pool hinzugekommen, was die beste Ergänzung ist. Ansonsten ist die Gartenanlage wunderbar ruhig. Im Restaurant gibt es leckeres und frisches Essen, und alle Mitarbeiter lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Wir werden bei unserer nächsten Sri Lanka Reise definitiv wieder zu Jey kommen!
