Nilaveli Beach Hotel

Got a free room upgrade due to construction which I appreciated. The included breakfast buffet has a huge spread and is delicious with fresh hoppers and egg hoppers. Room is large and clean. Staff were attentive and kind. Helped prepare a breakfast pack for me when I was leaving early for snorkeling. Great quiet spot on the beach to relax. Room had a balcony with a rack to hang swimmers which was nice

This excellent hotel is really a resort. It is off the beaten path, but worth the extra travel time to get there. The staff are very friendly and the food at both restaurants is very good. There is easy access to the beach and it’s quiet. We were there for new years. I highly recommend it!

Very nice location. Rooms were ok. Private beach. Reception staff gave us a warm welcome. Special mention of reception, bar. Always there to help. Chamod and team they were helpful at reception.

I recently stayed at Nilaveli Beach Hotel, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel is located right next to what I believe is the most beautiful beach in Sri Lanka! My family and I had an amazing time and enjoyed every single moment of our holiday. ​The staff here is incredibly friendly, attentive, and dedicated to delivering excellent service. A special thanks goes to Chamod Janidu at the Front Office. From the moment we checked in until the time we left, they treated us like good friends and went above ​Thank you, Nilaveli Beach Hotel, for making our family holiday so special and memorable. Last stop on our 16 day adventure through Sri Lanka and this certainly impressed! Best beach so far with fisherman doing their daily catch which you can watch from breakfast, cows roaming the beach which is awesome to see. Beautiful pool with bungalows, the rooms were so large and impressive, great relaxed vide, fantastic service, good food menu with reasonable prices, considering the remoteness of this place the food available was great. volley ball net right out the front was good for a friendly game, with a nice Pina Colada 🍸 Would highly recommend.

We originally booked Nilaveli Beach Hotel for 3 nights, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it to 6 nights with our family. The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location with beautiful surroundings and a calm, peaceful atmosphere. It was pleasantly quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy quality family time away from the noise and crowds. The food was delicious with a good variety, and we were also very happy with the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel. Everything was well maintained, comfortable and welcoming. Considering the beautiful location, good food, peaceful environment and overall service, we felt the hotel offered very good value for money. A special thank you to Mr. J. D. Vaz, who arranged our reservation at very short notice. We really appreciated his quick assistance and support in making our stay possible. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience. Extending our stay from 3 to 6 nights says it all! We would definitely recommend Nilaveli Beach Hotel to families and anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront holiday, and we would happily return again.
