A very pleasant and clean place just a short walk from the beach. It’s a family-run business, and you can immediately feel the warmth and care they put into everything. The hosts were amazing – kind, helpful, and always smiling. One of the highlights of our stay was when we washed our rented car together with the hosts in the yard. We laughed a lot and had such a fun time – a small, spontaneous moment that made our trip truly memorable. If you’re looking for a place with soul, peace, and a great location, we highly recommend it. We’d love to come back again someday!

My stay at this accommodation was truly delightful. There is a warm, family-like atmosphere, carefully maintained by the kind and attentive hosts. Throughout our stay, they regularly checked in to ensure everything was in order, and they always responded to our individual requests with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. Together, we created a beautiful and memorable ambiance that we enjoyed for eight days. The breakfasts were a highlight – especially the homemade roti and fresh papaya, which quickly became our favorites, prepared with care and love. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay. These are the kindest people I met during my time in Sri Lanka.♥️

The family owners are very kind and our stay to the hotel was a great experience! The room is very clean and you feel like home. The hotel is near the beach and you have all you need around: restaurants, markets, activities, beach and food. Also, the garden is beautiful, full of luxuriant plants! We recommend you to stay here!

Suthas and his family have a lovely hotel very close to the beach and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. They will organise any activities you would like - fishing, snorkelling, dolphin watching etc. His mother makes a delicious breakfast and the rooms are lovely and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Sea Zone is the on of the best hotel I have seen ever. well organized hotel recent past seen me. by the way management is very honest and kindly support to the visitors. I mainly thank to them given to outstanding hospitality & service. We do pigeon island snorkelling, dolphin and whale watching with them.
