Excellent Ambience and Pleasant Atmosphere. Overall Staff gestures very polite and respectful. Food is Good. Rooms are very clean. Well Maintained Property of Club Mahindra.

Property with big 12 villas.I was lucky to get big 1 BR room where Mahindra sir spent his childhood.It's 185 years old property but very nicely maintained, super clean , super location, courteous staff.If you are coming for peace of mind, it's the place to be. All staff were very cordial and helpful.Specially want to name puvi among support staff. only fallout was tv has all channels in tamil. Still in property as I write and I am loving it.

The rooms are beautiful ,esp. the old property.The staff is excellent,special mention Shweta,Shobha ,the cleaning staff -Sheela ,Puri,Nizoral n Shanti.-all cheerful ,ever smiling n helpful.The food can have more variety.

Danish Villa by Club Mahindra became our cosy little home in Ooty — warm, timeless, comfortable, and wrapped in the sweetest hospitality. Our room was always warm and spotless, and the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Special mention to Ranjini, who has the kind of energy that makes you feel taken care of without being intrusive. She was incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always ready with a smile that felt genuinely welcoming. Even when we asked tiny things like extra towels, heater, tea — she handled everything with calm efficiency and a big heart. The property itself has that charming colonial vibe, quiet pathways, greenery all around, and a beautiful sense of peace. It’s close enough to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel like a private hideaway.

Very clean and well kept property. Rooms and linen are very clean, overall ambience of the resort is soothing, relaxed and rejuvenating. The restaurant offers genuine local cuisine prepared fresh by chef Anandi who is also a local. We tried Village style chicken, paneer bhurji, veg kurma, parrotta, vengaya poondu kuzhambu, dal. All the food preparation was delicious and fresh.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Danish Villa, Ooty. The property has a peaceful and charming vibe that’s perfect for a relaxed getaway. What made the experience unique and special was the all-female staff. Every team member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help – and always with a smile ! It was really inspiring to see a property run so smoothly by such a dedicated group of women. A wonderful experience of women’s empowerment in action – and it most certainly showed in the quality of service. From check-in to service at the restaurant and other areas, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained – perfect for the Ooty weather. We were pleasantly surprised that post our check-out the team reached out to ask if we had arrived safely at our destination and if all of us were doing well. This kind of follow-up is indeed rare—but when done, it speaks volumes about how much an organisation cares about guest wellbeing beyond just the stay. This resort is highly recommended if you’re looking for not just a comfortable stay, but also a place that supports and uplifts women in hospitality. Hats off to the team!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort which was truly beautiful with breathtaking views and lush surroundings filled with blooming flowers. From the moment we checked in Shwetha provided a warm welcome and gave us a detailed overview of the hotel amenities and suggested great spots for sightseeing. Her prompt and helpful ideas made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the friendly service at the restaurant, particularly from the thin lady who served our meals with a smile.
