經常來住 前兩天去前台有個員工態度非常不好 之前有出現過凌晨三點隔壁吵架打架 隔音很差 但覺得服務態度還是蠻好的就沒管 每次去影音房都是有點問題的 需要自己去調試修 房卡插上去沒一分鐘就斷電了 但都是鑒於服務態度好 所以沒有説過什麼 前兩天去其中一個員工説話真的很嗆 這幾個月少説住了也有二十回了

一進房間就有股什麼味道，洗完澡發現是下水道反味，因為也怕麻煩然後衞生間門關關好好像味道也小一點就趕緊睡覺了
睡到凌晨被薰醒了，實在是太難聞了。。。
第二天發現走廊，大廳都有人在抽煙，店員看到了也不阻止。。。
房間有個二維碼可以掃碼反饋，就掃碼了是個微信應該是店長的，加了反饋了上述問題，一天了沒人回覆呵呵呵

酒店在商業廣場中心旁邊，環境真心不錯，樓下就有肯德基和麥當勞，主要是附近吃飯的地方，超市，水果店都有，比較方便；前台小姐姐小周服務態度特別好，很熱情也很細心，來到陌生城市感到很温暖！房間環境衞生也還不錯，性價比很高，下次再來旅遊還選擇這家！

朋友推薦第一次住，環境挺好的，配套設施設備都挺好，買了個冰淇淋蛋糕還讓前台幫忙冷凍，前台服務態度好，離奧體比較近，好打車，邊上吃飯的地方也多，房間阿姨打掃的也乾淨，房間大小我覺得剛剛好，也有窗户不會悶，裝修風格比較簡約清爽，還有免費的停車券，還下次有機會還會來住的
