**Hotel stay experience review** The overall experience of staying in this hotel is very satisfactory! The location is excellent, close to the subway station and the commercial district, and it is very convenient to travel. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is also good. I rested well at night. The bathroom facilities are complete, with plenty of hot water and good quality toiletries. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi signal is not very stable in some corners of the room, but it has little impact. It is very cost-effective and I will choose here next time!

We booked a standard room and noted that it needed to be smoke-free. We checked in at around 9pm. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. We then turned on the air conditioner, went downstairs to get something from the car, and went upstairs again. It took about 15 minutes, but the smell in the room still couldn't go away. We reported it to the customer service, and the front desk's attitude in handling the problem was okay. We upgraded to a family room for free. I don't know what to say, just see for yourself. I don't know what kind of insect it is in Figure 1, and there are thorns on its tail.

I went to Ningbo with my family on the weekend and chose Radisson Hotel. I liked this hotel for the following reasons 1. The hotel facilities are very new, the room is very spacious, and the mattress + quilt cover are very comfortable 2. The transportation around the hotel is very convenient, and it is not far from the surrounding commercial areas 3. The hotel breakfast is very rich Next time I go to Ningbo for a trip, I will choose this hotel again
