Fantastic! Great location with warm and friendly service. There are so many food options around Tianyi Square. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. Xiao Xie was absolutely lovely! ❤️

First time flying direct from Kaohsiung to Ningbo and I highly recommend this hotel! The stay was affordable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good, comparable to a star-rated hotel. Especially the female staff member at the front desk (night shift) on July 21st, who served our group of seven when we arrived at 9:30 PM. Even though we only stayed one night, her service was impeccable and made our trip so much more convenient. It definitely left us with a great impression of Ningbo tourism. The Chenghuang Temple Night Market, Tianyi Square, and Tianyi Pavilion are all fantastic places to explore!

I booked this for my boss. The service was excellent; they even contacted me before check-in to ask if I wanted the air conditioning turned on, and sent the exact location. It's super close to the conference venue, offers fantastic value for money, is clean, and very conveniently located.

It was just okay, nothing special. The AC wasn't very good; it might be because we were on the top floor (4th floor). The 3rd floor might be better. For the price and location, you can't expect too much; it's mainly for budget travelers.

The service was attentive and proactive; as soon as I walked in, the front desk manager greeted me warmly. They upgraded my room without me asking and even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety and delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located close to Chenghuang Temple Pedestrian Street and Tianyi Square, offering a plethora of delicious dining choices. It's also less than 3 kilometers from the high-speed rail station.
