Sheraton Ningbo Yinzhou Hotel

The hotel breakfast was plentiful, the room was a comfortable size and quiet, and the hygiene was good. The front desk staff was very helpful, providing a complimentary breakfast for our child, and offering a bed rail and air purifier. Although the room felt a bit stuffy initially, opening the window helped, so it didn't detract from our overall experience. I recommend staying here. I didn't take photos when we checked in at night, these were taken the next day after we'd settled in.

The front desk service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet, offering great value for money with attentive service and a tidy space. Overall, it was a perfect experience with complete facilities and prompt service. There were plenty of parking spaces, making parking convenient and safe. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel's service, in particular, deserves high praise! 👍 From the moment I stepped out of the car, the bellboy at the entrance was incredibly welcoming, helping to open the car door and handle my luggage. The front desk staff in the lobby were also exceptionally attentive and detailed in explaining every step of the check-in process. I personally loved the design and decor of the room – thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! And then there's the hotel breakfast – wow, I absolutely loved it! It was incredibly diverse and perfectly suited my foodie cravings. All in all, a fantastic experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I checked out hotels in the Tianyi Square business district downtown, and they were all too old. This hotel, renovated in 2025, no longer has a strong smell of renovation; its facilities are new enough, it features smart home technology throughout, and the rooms are spacious. During my stay, the service from the concierge to the front desk was excellent, and they even gave us Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Its location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, with a subway station downstairs. There are also several famous Ningbo cuisine restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Zhangfuji Yellow Croaker Noodles.

This is an excellent, newly opened hotel with great service and facilities. Its prime location makes it easy to get around, and being right next to Wanda Plaza means food, drinks, and entertainment are all conveniently accessible.

I don't even know what beautiful words to use to praise Olivia. Her enthusiastic service touched me so much that I just wanted to keep extending my stay here. From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my gratitude to Olivia. If you ask me how long I want to stay here, my answer is - ten thousand years (I'm a woman).

He handled my check-in efficiently and professionally, and was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions. His thoughtful and attentive service made me feel so comfortable. I'm extremely satisfied with my stay.

The service was excellent! They saw we had a child with us and kindly upgraded us to a suite. During our weekend stay in the summer, there was also a parent-child activity at the lobby bar. We participated in decorating straw hats, and our little one had a fantastic time! 🥳
