We booked a family room for our trip. The first room we were assigned had steps, but the hotel promptly moved us to a different one, which we greatly appreciated. The first room they gave us was a bit small. We spoke to the front desk, and they were very proactive in resolving the issue, moving us to a larger room. On the day we checked out, I left something behind, and they immediately found it and kept it safe. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent. For anyone traveling, I highly recommend choosing this place first. I've stayed in countless hotels, and their service attitude and problem-solving abilities are something many other hotels could learn from. Truly fantastic!

Ningbo is fantastic! So much to see and great food. Cleanliness: Decent. Facilities: Very good. The only minor issue was a persistent oily smell near the elevators on the sixth floor; I'm not sure what caused it. Service: Excellent. The front desk staff were all very warm and welcoming.
