Atour Hotel, Cultural Square, Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center

The room was very clean and soundproofed well. What really stood out was how friendly and accommodating the staff at this Atour hotel were; they practically granted every request. I'm seriously considering switching from Huazhu to Atour – highly recommend!

The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was really good, with seafood noodles, wontons, and tangyuan. Free parking downstairs was very convenient, and the hotel staff were all very enthusiastic 👍

Even though it was renovated in 2019, the facilities, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. They even packed us a breakfast to go!

Overall, my stay was fantastic! The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, and it was quite spacious. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and was well-stocked with toiletries. The lighting was soft, creating a lovely ambiance. The breakfast deserves a special mention! The variety was incredibly rich, with Chinese steamed dim sum, freshly cooked noodles, Western pastries, coffee, fresh fruit, and yogurt all available. The freshly made noodles were delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and there was plenty of time to enjoy it. Starting the day with such a fulfilling breakfast really energizes you. This Atour hotel is definitely my top choice for business trips and travel. I'll be staying here again!

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Convenience: The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and close proximity to the subway station. Parking is also easy. Overall, it was a great experience! 👍

The service was great, the room facilities were complete, and the environment was quiet and wonderful! The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which was a bit lacking 😂 but it didn't affect my sleep.

I returned to this hotel. The lobby had a very pleasant fragrance. The front desk staff were welcoming and proactively offered tea, and they even had delicious homemade iced drinks available. All the hotel staff were very polite, always greeting us warmly when we encountered them. This time, they even upgraded my room. The guest room was also very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, a fantastic experience.
