The room was comfortable, and Miya provided excellent and thoughtful service. Originally, guests only had one breakfast included, but Miya kindly arranged for a complimentary second breakfast to facilitate their business discussions. I'll definitely look for Miya again next time!

recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service staff were friendly and attentive. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. During my stay, the breakfast menu was the same every day, with very little variety. It would be great if the hotel could consider rotating the menu or adding more options to make the breakfast experience more enjoyable for guests staying multiple days. Thank you for your hospitality — I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

This was an absolutely flawless stay! The hotel is conveniently located in the Eastern New City, boasts an elegant environment, and the facilities are brand new. While many hotels in Ningbo have lost their level of hygiene, attention to detail, and customer service since COVID, Pan Pacific has continued to be one of Ningbo’s best hotels. Their Guest Service Manager, Igor, went out of his way to accommodate a unique request of mine, proactively finding a solution to resolve my special need. He was personable and available throughout our stay. The room was large, decor nice, hotel clear, and breakfast good. Will definitely keep returning to the Pan Pacific going forward.

Very good service from reception to check-out. The lobby is a very good place for working and enjoying wine with oysters (very good and fresh ones). Special thanks to Igor for taking care of my stay (extend my stay, laundry service…)
