Checked in at the Westin Ningbo for a business trip. **Environment:** The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, offering a sophisticated and grand atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views of the city's river. Downstairs, it's right next to the Tianyi Square shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. **Service:** Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were polite, thoughtful, and responded promptly to requests. **Cleanliness:** The room was immaculately clean, the bedding was pristine and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and odor-free. **Value for Money:** As a high-end Marriott hotel, it boasts excellent facilities including a swimming pool and gym. Its prime location is a significant advantage. Overall, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for both business travelers and tourists.

The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere, and directly across from Tianyi Square. The hotel is well-maintained, and my stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and upgraded my room, offering a wide, open view of the Three Rivers. Concierge Soren Cai was very helpful with luggage. All in all, on my next visit, I'll definitely be staying at The Westin again.

The location is absolutely fantastic, with the room directly facing the Sanjiangkou. It's super convenient; just cross the street and you're in a large commercial area with plenty of dining options. Getting to other places is also very easy. The room service staff are incredibly nice. The package included tickets to Tianyi Pavilion, and when we checked out, they even gave a cake to my child who was celebrating a birthday. While the facilities aren't top-notch, everything else was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo.

Spur-of-the-moment weekend getaway, just in time for the start of the seafood season to enjoy some swimming crabs. I originally wanted to book a hotel by the sea, but I wasn't paying attention to the navigation and accidentally took the wrong exit off the highway, haha. In the end, between the Westin and Shangri-La, I chose the Westin because after looking around both, I found its location to be excellent and super convenient. I have to say, an established brand truly is an established brand – the service is top-notch. Alice at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided thorough service. The view was fantastic, and breakfast was very rich. Definitely worth a stay.

The pool isn't suitable for kids, and the bathtub in the room was so dirty. The fruit-picking farm was miles away, and there were no craft activities either. It's not an exaggeration to say this was false advertising.

There's a shopping area right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient for buying things. Mia at the front desk was also incredibly helpful and provided excellent service.
