Extremely poorly maintained hotel not inline with what you would expect of a Westin or a 5 star hotel. Many better options in Ningbo. Broken lights, dirty rooms, bathtubs and broken showers. Would not recommend.

When I booked, I relied on the status of the Westin as part of the Marriott hotels. I was disappointed: the rooms are older, the mattress not that comfy and the pool was simply closed apparently due to renovation or being refilled with water!
Also, I suggest to clean the windows time to time.

Took a 2000RMB deposit overbought I paid the full room fee by ore authorization.
Room was cold AC on 28 still cold !
Lobby lounge cold and uninviting.
Breakfast room cool , food went cold before I could eat
Comfy bed good size room But over all experience is I will never go back to a Westin

It is my first stay in westin.
The place was not too bad.
The staff are super friendly, approachable
Especially william wang. He is always on the go helping guests be it helping them to move the luggage to the transport… and greeting us…
His enthusiasm displayed really makes our day
