Crowne Plaza CITY CENTER NINGBO by IHG

I recently traveled to Ningbo alone and booked a deluxe king room package at this star-rated hotel through Trip.com. It was excellent value for money, including breakfast for two for two days, two afternoon teas at the lobby bar, and two happy hour light dinners. The hotel lobby is spacious and luxurious. The front desk and butler service were warm and proactive. After adding them on WeChat, they thoroughly understood my accommodation needs and tried their best to fulfill my requests, even giving me a free upgrade to a street-view room. The room itself was over 30 square meters, clean, and quiet. The hotel's location is superb, situated near a bustling commercial street. It's just a 5-minute walk to Chenghuang Temple Pedestrian Street and a little over 10 minutes to Drum Tower. Getting to Tianyi Pavilion, Moon Lake Park, Dongqian Lake, and other places is super convenient; you can take the subway from Chenghuang Temple Station. Visiting the Old Bund for the night view is also a first-class experience. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza City Center Ningbo to everyone. If I visit Ningbo again, I will definitely choose this star-rated hotel.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, really close to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. Nancy was so helpful and upgraded my room – it was clean, tidy, well-ventilated, and had a great view. The bedding was incredibly soft and breathable, ensuring a superb night's sleep. The facilities are very well-maintained and look new, and the toiletries were all provided. The front desk staff were warm and patient, making check-in and check-out very efficient. Housekeeping was also meticulous. Overall, great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!
