The hotel is very close to Tianyi Square and Ningbo Chenghuang Temple, just a few minutes' walk away. Dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. The breakfast selection is also very diverse, with Ningbo rice cakes available. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was neat and clean. Thanks to the front desk for upgrading our room; we could see Chenghuang Street outside the window.

Unexpectedly, choosing this Crowne Plaza in Ningbo turned out to be a fantastic decision! The hotel is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I have to give a special shout-out to Nancy; she was so kind and patient throughout our stay, even proactively upgrading us to a room with a view. You can truly feel the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. The room was spotlessly clean, and the new renovation gives it a simple yet sophisticated feel. It was also remarkably quiet at night. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the pool and gym facilities were excellent. A truly perfect stay – I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ningbo!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I have to give a special shout-out to Ella at the front desk. The check-in process was seamless upon arrival, with no unnecessary waiting. I had some last-minute questions about parking, invoicing, and late check-out, and Ella clearly and politely provided solutions for everything, paying great attention to detail. The hotel itself is very well-managed; the lobby is clean and elegant, the guest rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hot water in the bathroom is consistent, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. From the moment I entered to the moment I checked out, the entire process was very pleasant, largely thanks to Ella's thoughtful service which greatly enhanced my stay. I will definitely prioritize this hotel when I visit the area again!

This stay was absolutely wonderful, and I particularly want to commend Kitty at the front desk! When I arrived, I was a bit tired from traveling, but Kitty greeted me with a constant smile. She processed my check-in quickly and explained everything clearly. I asked her about parking, local dining options, and directions, and she patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, even offering some really practical advice. Her manner was gentle and appropriate, and she was proactive in helping to resolve any issues. Her service felt genuine and not at all forced. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. It was truly Kitty's thoughtful service that significantly reduced my travel fatigue and made me feel right at home.

The newly renovated North Building faces Tianyi Square and the church. The location is right in the city center, and places like Chenghuang Temple are within walking distance. It's also a very short taxi ride to Ningbo Station.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and they even gave us a complimentary gift. The location is fantastic, right next to Tianyi Square and close to the City God Temple and Drum Tower. Public transportation in the area is also very convenient.

The location is excellent, very close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping streets. The lobby is opulent, but the room facilities are just so-so. The storage room felt a bit unnecessary, the living room bathroom door didn't close properly, and there was a large dead fly on the floor. What I was most dissatisfied with was the front desk. They had no sense of 'customer first' at all. Three people were busy with their heads down, leaving me waiting for a long time. The front desk staff who served me actually had the audacity to lie, telling me they'd upgraded my room for free. I had already booked a top-tier suite, so what was there to upgrade? Hotels like Shanghai's Garden Hotel, the New Jinjiang, or Beijing's Grand Hyatt genuinely upgrade guests when they say they do. The room service, however, was quite good. The little robot delivering linens was adorable, and the room service attendant had a great attitude, patiently explaining things and being very thoughtful and attentive.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the main attractions. Tianyi Pavilion, the Catholic Church, Tianyi Plaza, and Chenghuang Temple are all within walking distance, saving us the hassle of driving, parking, or taking taxis. The hotel breakfast was very rich. We chose to stay in the old building again this time, which was also quite good. It's great that the hotel has a self-service laundry room with a dryer; it was a lifesaver for washing all our sweaty clothes after a hot summer day, haha.

The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Chenghuang Temple and Tianyi Square, which is perfect for business travelers. I'd like to thank the hotel staff for arranging a room with a lovely view of the Catholic Church. The breakfast also featured local Ningbo specialties like glutinous rice balls in fermented rice wine, youzanzi (fried dough sticks), and dried rice cakes, allowing you to experience the authentic taste of Ningbo right from the start of your day. All the service staff were very friendly and kind.
