Grand New Century Hotel Ningbo

I booked a Ctrip package, and there was no surcharge for the weekend, which was great value. The front desk staff, Xiao Cong, upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast. It's an old five-star hotel, but the service is top-notch. The facilities and decor are a bit dated but very clean and tidy. The phone even has smart customer service, and deliveries were very prompt. Plus, it was late August when I visited, so there weren't many people around. The breakfast was also rich and varied. I absolutely loved the small drinks by the entrance; I didn't order any bubble tea after that!

This is a long-standing five-star hotel in Ningbo. The service is excellent, the breakfast is rich, and the environment is beautiful – it feels like being in a garden. I'll definitely stay here again.

A seasoned five-star hotel that I absolutely love. The lobby feels luxurious and grand as soon as you walk in. The staff are all very polite, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is truly excellent. This will be my first choice next time I visit Ningbo.

Due to the typhoon, my original two-night stay was cut short to just one night, but it was still very convenient, clean, and hygienic. The kids loved it! It's super close to Romon U-Park and Yinzhou Wanda, less than a ten-minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The front desk staff were also very nice, and they have a cute robot and a delicious, plentiful breakfast!

This hotel has excellent service; the staff are all warm and friendly. The rooms are quite spacious, and there's a museum and park nearby, both free to visit during your leisure time.

Excellent stay! We got a free upgrade, and the breakfast spread was amazing. The location is super convenient, and they even have a kids' play area and a mini-zoo. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool on the third floor, but the service was incredibly thoughtful – they even brought us welcome fruit. A really great experience overall.

This hotel is located in Ningbo's Southern Business District, an area with a thriving commercial scene. They even upgraded me to a deluxe king room during a typhoon, and the view was fantastic. The front desk staff were very welcoming and responsive. I booked a package through Ctrip that included breakfast, and it was plentiful. There are also quite a few trendy coffee shops nearby to check out, and Yinzhou Park is close by too. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although I was initially a bit disappointed that there was no ping pong or billiards, the staff handled it very promptly, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. Issues happen, but they were dealt with quickly and with genuine sincerity, which more than made up for it. Truly a five-star hotel experience.

The room was spacious and had a bathtub, which the kids loved. We also received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. The front desk service was very attentive. The children had a great time at the kids' club and even saw some peacocks.

The lady at the hotel's front desk was incredibly patient during check-in. Seeing that we had a child, she kindly provided kids' toiletries and mosquito repellent bracelets, which was very thoughtful. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, satisfying everyone in the family, regardless of their preferences. 👍👍 The view from the room was also fantastic!
