Awesome as usual. Room 2511 is the best and housekeeping is extremely kind. I’ll need to remember to ask for VPN access next time which is only 2 weeks away! Looking forward to it!

Excellent hotel in good area with bar and restaurant options nearby (short walk). Very clean with good breakfast and plenty of amenities. Ate in restaurant on second floor which was excellent too.

My second home. Stayed here while working in Ningbo during the Covid pandemic. Unfortunately, booked through Trip.com and thus not entitled to points accumulation. Lost my room upgrade privileges as downgraded from ambassador status.
Room is disappointing with shower water low pressure and cold. Toilets were pretty run down compared to the ambassador levels.
Will not book Marriott hotels through Trip.com as I have lost a few nights stay point already and negligible price differences to save a single point of booking.
