The staff can speak English, and they are very helpful. The rooms are great, I also tried the buffet lunch and breakfast. They were decent. The location is more in a business area, but not far from the.metro station, so it is convenient to get around. Would reccommend!

I booked two rooms. The bathrooms were moldy, and the front desk service was absolutely terrible!

The room was clean, overall hygiene was good, the environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent.

Compared to my previous stay, the room was significantly smaller, at least half the size, although it did have excellent natural light. It was uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning was practically useless; I had to request a fan from the front desk, which helped a bit. Breakfast was quite mediocre, and I hope they can introduce some specialty dishes in the future.

Superb location, with the subway right at your doorstep. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly attentive. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The facilities were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The room size was just right, and the soundproofing was also pretty good. The front desk upgraded us to a suite and even included complimentary breakfast! The breakfast spread was quite varied. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast spread was truly excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We especially loved the freshly brewed coffee, crispy *youtiao*, milk *douhua* (tofu pudding), and the sweet, fresh fruit. Our room featured smart lighting and electric curtains. The plush bedding and incredibly comfortable bed ensured a wonderful night's sleep, leaving us completely satisfied. The hotel's location is superb, with the subway station just 100 meters away. Definitely great value for money!

Although my schedule was a bit tight this trip and I couldn't make it to the pool, I noted the gym offered a wide range of equipment. This hotel is ideal for business travelers, family gatherings, and family stays.

This five-star hotel truly lives up to its standards. The facilities and materials used throughout are of high quality and have a premium feel. We especially appreciated the bathtub, which delighted our child. The service was exceptionally good, and the complimentary fruit was a nice touch. The Xiaodu smart room system also demonstrated their thoughtfulness. It fully deserves a 5-star rating. Moreover, its proximity to the subway makes it incredibly convenient for visiting various attractions.

A rather frustrating stay overall, as the entire front desk and concierge staff seemed to have no service etiquette whatsoever. 1. Upon checking in at noon, there was no greeting from the front desk staff as I entered the lobby. I even had to initiate the greeting at the front desk, only to receive no response. The same lack of proactive greeting was evident during check-out. 2. After I mentioned my reservation, the front desk only confirmed a standard room booking, with no further communication or confirmation of other check-in details. After waiting 7-8 minutes, they told me the room was locked and they were awaiting a response from housekeeping. They then suggested I check into a king room first and switch to a standard room later. Seriously? A locked room is an internal issue, why should I be inconvenienced by having to switch rooms twice? Only after I bluntly asked if they didn't have a phone did they finally call housekeeping to sort out the room. 3. After the call, they told me to rest for a bit and they'd bring the key card. I waited over ten more minutes before finally getting the key card and entering the room. Do the front desk and housekeeping not coordinate daily reservations at all? Do they only prepare rooms when guests are physically present? 4. Upon receiving the key card, the front desk informed me that due to the wait for check-in, the minibar drinks would be complimentary. This was, hands down, the best service I received during my entire stay. 5. I initially thought the room's cleanliness was acceptable, but when I was getting ready for bed that night, I found a long hair wrapped around the toothbrush packaging. 6. The complimentary welcome fruit, a Ctrip benefit, was never provided throughout my stay, right up until check-out. This information should have been on the booking, shouldn't it? I'm unsure if the reservations department failed to note it or if the front desk simply overlooked it. Overall, the room itself was decent, and the facilities were acceptable. The online prepaid rate offered very good value for money. While there was a minor cleanliness issue, it wasn't a major problem. However, the front desk staff completely lacked service awareness and politeness. If service isn't a priority for you, this hotel might be worth considering.

After writing poor review and notify management about my complaints of room temperature and breakfast buffet, they attentively listened and quickly too actions to avoid such problems to recur in the future. For this, I am grateful and pleased with this property.
