Portman Plaza Hotel

The room was comfortable. Great location. Unfortunately I was able to get the safe to lock.

Convenient location in the city, allows you to get anywhere you need to in the Yinzhou area very quickly. Very well priced. Would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Ningbo.

The room was nice, and the locations is great! Very clean and soft beds. But the air conditioning wasn’t working at all and we were sweating all night.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again.

The Portman is my favourite hotel in Ningbo. It’s very conveniently located, close to the city centre, subway station, shops, and restaurants. It’s always quiet inside the hotel, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room had an iron, a washing machine, and a bath, and the bed was comfortable. I look forward to staying at the Portman again.

Used the Portman many times. Cheap and clean and convenient. Shower is poor and could be improved
