We checked in late at night and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. We messaged snd the reception came to change our room. It was spacious but not the cleanest. Each day the floors still had hair. The fittings were not well made the tap kept falling off. Breakfast was good and more Chinese style. The Japanese restaurant upstairs and the seafood restaurant are both excellent

Newly renovated so it is very clean, smart toilet, everything very modern. My room has direct view of Tianyi Square. Very recommended, I will be back to this hotel if i am in Ningbo

I stayed at this hotel with my parents for a total of three nights. The room is massive, and the staff is quite helpful. The location is near Tian Yi Guang Chang, which is very convenient for food and shopping. The breakfast selection is good. The only comments I have are that there is no door to the toilet, and you can't hang any clothes in the shower, which is a bit inconvenient

The room is spacious and bright, especially suitable for a family of three. The hotel is in a great location. Tianyi Pavilion, Drum Tower, Chenghuang Temple, and Old Bund are all within half an hour's walk, which is very suitable for city walks. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied. Environment: The room is very comfortable and new. Facilities: The TV is very large and you can adjust it yourself. The curtains are fully automatic and the toilet and shower are separate. The environment is good, downstairs is Heyi Avenue (luxury brand) and Tianyi Plaza (shopping mall). The overall room service is also good. But one small suggestion is to replace the smart toilet. First of all, the toilet logo is not clear, and it is all controlled by the knob on the side, which is not friendly to the elderly. Secondly, the most important point is that the screen light cannot be turned off at night. The previous guest pulled out the power plug (but it caused constant water flow). For me who has poor sleep at night, the screen light of this toilet really affects the sleep of the children and me. It is recommended to improve it.
