The hotel's downtown location is very convenient for getting around. The environment is also good, and the rooms are pretty standard for a Holiday Inn Express, a good size. Breakfast is decent as well.

Modern and minimalist in style, its biggest advantage is its excellent location, being very close to Tianyi Square and other attractions, making dining convenient. However, the facilities are quite similar to those of a budget hotel. For the same price, I'd recommend some domestic brands instead.

I've stayed at this hotel chain many times. The location is excellent, right in a lively area with plenty of dining and shopping options, which is very convenient. The staff are also very helpful. Definitely recommended!

The room was quite spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking and EV charging were convenient, and there's a laundry service which is great for summer travel when you want to pack light.

The service was exceptionally good. They noticed I was traveling with a child and provided kid-sized slippers and toothbrushes. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The glutinous rice balls (tangyuan) at breakfast were delicious! The hotel is only a few hundred meters from Tianyi Square and Chenghuang Temple Pedestrian Street. Many great local restaurants like Yongsheng Mingzao, Gangyagou, and Amao Restaurant are very close by. It's incredibly convenient, highly recommend!

All five-star reviews are solely for the amazing service provided by the Holiday Inn Express front desk staff. The gentleman was incredibly patient and helpful. He upgraded us to a family room at the neighboring Crowne Plaza, personally escorted us to check in, and even had fruits and drinks delivered to our room. We are truly grateful! Now, about the Crowne Plaza itself: we were in the South Tower, which has very outdated facilities. Upon check-in, we found the room to be quite dirty and messy. There wasn't a single good pillow, and the blankets even had bloodstains. We called the front desk and had them changed that night. I'm not sure if the bedding in the newly renovated North Tower is newer or cleaner. The hotel's only real advantage is its good location.

After continuous communication, the front desk staff upgraded me to a family room and even provided fruit and mouthwash. The service was quite good. The location is truly excellent, right next to Chenghuang Temple and Tianyi, making it very convenient for getting around.

Facilities: The amenities are complete, and it's very close to Tianyi Square. There are also many shopping malls and snack stalls nearby. The free underground parking is super convenient! 👍 Because our stay was so comfortable, we extended for another night. Cleanliness: The hygiene is good, and the cleaning staff are very enthusiastic. 👍 Service: The service is excellent. The front desk and other staff actively helped us. The breakfast was quite rich, and the seafood noodles were especially delicious! 👍
