Our stay was great! Cynthia from the front desk called ahead to confirm everything, and since we were traveling with a child, she arranged for a quiet floor and even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast buffet – such thoughtful service. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a family room. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were quite good. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, our overall experience was excellent. It's also very close to the attractions, making sightseeing super convenient.

The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's breakfast was very generous! It's right next to Intime, so dining is super convenient, and they even use robots for delivery, which is pretty cool. The theme park is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a subway station nearby too, so overall it's very convenient. The hotel also has a free laundry room with disinfectant provided, which is a thoughtful touch for someone as particular about hygiene as I am! Definitely a big thumbs up!

I love it is just beside a large shopping mall and a amusement park. Great for family with kids. There is also self service laundry facilities which is fantastic.
