Narada Dongqian Lake Resort Ningbo Reviews

Staying at Dongqian Lake for vacation, the room was very comfortable, new, and came with a loft, which made for a pleasant stay. We happened to visit when temperatures were low, but the floor heating kept the room very warm, not cold at all, and the hot springs were also great.

The hotel service was fantastic, check-in was a breeze, and they even provided complimentary breakfast for the kids. The scenery is beautiful; we could watch the sunrise from our room. Thumbs up!

The environment is great, service is excellent, and the room is clean! The breakfast was delicious. I'd love to bring my family here next time.

The room type is a standalone villa with a private indoor hot spring, but no terrace. Since it's halfway up the mountain, bringing large luggage in and out can be a bit inconvenient. The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, and it's not far from Dongqian Lake Scenic Area. When checking in, the room wasn't ready, so they offered afternoon tea, which was pretty good. Breakfast was standard and unremarkable, nothing special. I didn't try the restaurant, but they do offer in-room supper delivery. Overall, it was a good experience, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

This truly lives up to its reputation as the second-best hot spring resort in Ningbo. I felt like one night was a bit too short! Overall, the hotel's service was excellent. Upon arrival, I was able to add the concierge on WeChat, and they were incredibly responsive. The front desk staff were also very attentive. There were plenty of hot spring pools, and soaking outdoors on the mountainside was a fantastic experience. However, after the hot spring bath, the indoor facilities could use some improvement. After showering, the amenities on the counter were quite lacking; only tissues, cotton swabs, and a hairdryer were provided. I think it would be good to also include some body lotion and moisturizer. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. Staying a few extra days by Dongqian Lake would definitely be a great way to unwind.

Extremely satisfied with the room! The butler service was excellent, and we even received complimentary afternoon tea and a room upgrade – truly fantastic. The hot spring experience was also very enjoyable. This is a perfect vacation spot, thanks to Junlan Hotel!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right by Dongqian Lake. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft. Check-in at the front desk took just 3 minutes, and they even offered printing services without me asking, which was a really thoughtful touch. The high-speed WiFi was stable and never lagged. The hotel environment is beautiful, making it a top choice for a vacation. It's definitely on my list of regular stays now!

The room was spacious and odor-free, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

The hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it.

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. 🤩❤️ I was mesmerized as soon I stepped out my taxi. ❤️💕 this was a perfect weekend trip. They decorated my room for birthday, my room was amazing. Loved the tea room, caught up on some reading there. Hot springs facility is fantastic,perfect for winter. Breakfast 10/10 Thank you to Xiao Zhao and all the other staff members, you are genuinely kind and friendly.

Lovely hotel snuggled into a green hill by the northside of Dongqian lake. Staff were kind and attentive. Fantastic spacious bathroom with big tub. I think my favourite bit of our productive but also restful work stay was sitting on the balcony and seeing several birds - but hard to say - it was a very good hotel experience overall.

Really nice, very quiet during the week. Lovely walks nearby. Good hospitality. Would be great if the courtyards had reclining chairs and tables.
